I had a piece of molding that was coming off my door. Not sure of her first name but D Langley in the warranty dept called me immediately and told me the part was covered and to go by the service department and ask for Richie. I was skeptical that there could be a breakdown in communication but I did as she said. I pulled up and ask for Richie and started to tell him my story be he knew who I was and not only that he had the part replaced and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Ive never had service that good before. Thanks so much !!!

I just bought a brand new 2025 Tucson for my son from Ryan Stillings and want to thank him for the wonderful service and care he provided to both of us. He took his time to understand our needs and never tried to rush us into any decision. The whole team is wonderful from the manager Ms. Langley to Major in Finance. This was actually my second car, first one I bought was in 2021 for my other son. I'm sure I'll be back when it's time to replace them. Thank you for your service and care.
