This was my first service visit with my Kona and I wasn’t sure of the process. Dylan Fudge greeted me, answered all my questions and personally drove my car to the queue and directed me to the waiting room to enjoy morning coffee! I was impressed when I received the video of my service call with updates on EVERYTHING! I’ve never been treated so well at any other dealership (this is my first Hyundai after a lifetime of Fords). No comparison to the service I received at Werner! I’m a huge fan! And to think there was no charge for the routine servicing? Even better!

I admit I have had some really bad experiences, all at both Earnhardt dealerships. Dylan Fudge was so patient with me, very nice and polite. Your service center was right on time, but their boots left black on my tan floor mats. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. AND, it being pollen season, thank you for washing my black truck!!! Our car’s warning lights for the abs system went crazy on our way to Orlando. We brought our car in without an appointment, hoping that it wouldn’t hold us up. Dylan Fudge went above and beyond to get us repaired and on our way the next day so we wouldn’t miss our scheduled departure. He is a great asset and representative for your company!
