Our family just recently purchased a 2026 Tuscan at your dealership. The whole experience was so wonderful. From the time we arrived to the time we left the lot the customer service was excellent. Our salesperson Jonathan Thomas was prompt in meeting with us, very polite, very detailed in going over the vehicles of our interest and provided great customer service in bringing the vehicles to the front door for viewing and offering cooling beverages several times. I will definitely return to Jonathan for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you for a very rewarding experience.

We went looking for a new car on Saturday at Werner Hyundai and were greeted by Jonathan Thomas (JT). We told him what we were looking for along with our price range, and he immediately went to work putting some options together for us. Best part? Absolutely no pressure. We left to go home and think things over. As my wife and I discussed the vehicles, we were still uncertain, so we called JT. His response: No worries, I got you. He went above and beyond by sending us videos of additional vehicles and personally explaining all the features to help us make the right decision. Fast forward to today JT called and said, I got you a deal, and sent us another video on a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe. We told him we were on our way. Needless to say, thanks to JT, Colleen, Josh, and the rest of the team, we are now driving home in our third Santa Fe! We got home and JT sends another heartfelt video congratulating us and sincerely thanking us for working with him and Werner. This is World Class Service! Dont waste your time at other dealerships. No pressure, straight shooters, and they genuinely care about their customers. Outstanding experience from start to finish.
