I asked the salesman Michael if they could do better on the asking price. He told me to make an offer which I did. They were unwilling to make a counteroffer. All they were interested in was getting me in the showroom. I told them if they would give me a slightly better price & no Werner Way Pkg, that I would make an appt to come look at the car, test drive it & make a deal. I was told that they couldn’t do it but he might could help me if I would be willing to look at other makes & models. I told him he obviously didn’t want to sell the car since he wasn’t willing to budge not even a penny. He just wasted my time

Michael Montenaro, one of the most outstanding, caring person I have met at Werner Hyundai, he explained the process to me in order to purchase a new vehicle, very knowledgeable, we did test drive the vehicles and he got me a great deal, he tried very hard for me and I loved that. He explained every detail on the process of the finances, the car and all of the gadgets, (I'm still learning more) took our photo. I had a wonderful purchasing experience at Werner Hyundai! My sales associate, Cedric, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He and the sales manager, Michael, made the buying process very easy and pain free. The negotiation process was quick and easy, and I didn't have to go back and forth multiple times to get a great price. Major from the finance department made the financing process equally fast and painless, and didn't push any add ons. The dealership itself was also one of the nicest I've visited. They even had fresh baked cookies! I highly recommend the team at Werner Hyundai!!
