Richie was very attentive to process the recall on our windows. He assured us that they would be replaced and ready for us and had it taken care of when we returned to pick up our car. I received excellent service for my emergency repair fix. I called and Richie got me right in and i know it may have not been possible due to it being Fathers Day weekend but he made it possible and also performed others services that were needed while i was there to keep me from coming back to get them done. They provided me transportation to work and arranged a ride for me to be picked up with ease. And my SUV was ready for the road once i got it and drove great on my trip. Thanks
