I had a good experience. My service person Tafari Redd did his job very well. He was friendly and responded well to my questions. I had a recall on my 2025 Tucson no charge for the service. The facility is very clean and some of the staff is very friendly. The company could offer their customers more choices of snacks while they wait on their vehicles.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tafari Reed for his outstanding courtesy and professionalism in customer service. Our 2026 Santa Fe needed a full transmission replacement due to a factory issue, and Tafari walked us through the entire processfrom submitting the claim to Hyundai to ordering the new transmission. He kept us informed every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. Truly excellent service from beginning to end. Huge kudos to Tafari for a job well done!.
