Called from Atlanta about the low advertised price on a Santa Fe and expected the price to increase, but Todd (SalesMgr) cut it even lower. Ciara (Salesperson) kept me updated every step of the way and we were in and out in no time. I wont hesitate to drive 5 hours to buy from them again!

After purchasing a new 2023 Santa Fe in November 2023 I had great difficulty in obtaining the set of All Season Floor Liners that were an Added Feature of the car but were not delivered with the car. Over a ten week period I left more than a dozen messages about the missing floor liners by phone and email without receiving a single reply from anyone at the dealership. Only when I drove the 100 plus miles from my home to the dealership was I able to secure the floor liners but even then the two individuals who failed to reply to my phone messages and emails declined to meet with me. The missing floor liners were a simple problem that could/ should have been easily corrected by one phone call followed by the liners then shipped to my house. However, the failure of the dealership to communicate with me about this simple problem has soured my experience with Werner. I have no confidence about how the Warner folks will solve or attempt to solve a more complicated problem such as a warranty or service issue. After I purchased my new car, Werners customer service was simply missing in action. I do not recommend this dealership.
