I am writing to share my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Trey Swatts. I can't thank Trey enough for the time and effort he put into turning a frustrating situation into a positive one. After being transferred to Trey, instead of placing me back on hold or transferring me to another advisor, he simply took care of the issue directly. His dedication and helpful attitude were greatly appreciated.

I’ve gotten my last four vehicles from Werner. Usually after your second service there, they -the folks that sell you that car-usually forget your face, but this last fellow that sold me my current car, Jay (Jemir is his actual name)….more than 8 months after he sold me my car…he still seeks me out to exchange pleasantries. And I will say, he went above and beyond for me when he sold me this car. I would recommend him to everyone! I am sure there arenother sales guys and gals here that are just as wonderful, but as for me, if I ever have to buy another car, I know that I will personally go straight to Jay. He represents Werner very well. The best that they’ve got. I also want to take some time to mention another fresh face at Werner, Trey, over in service—very nice and pleasant guy. These two gems, here at Werner.
