Everything. The manager for the service department is there to make money for the company he says. He is a joke! His name is Brian. I took my 2013 Kia Sorento in for recalls. My car was never the same. After picking up my vehicle as well as having words with Brian my car ran crappy about 10 miles then got parked and never moved again. Before that I NEVER had an issue. Do not I repeat do not take your vehicle there.

Justin and Brian were absolutely amazing. They help me get everything done through email texts and phone calls. I drove two hours to pick my car up from them. Why at the car lot they were really nice. I definitely will be using this car lot again.

Another great experience!!!! Brian Gorniak was my advisoras usual everything went well. We were in and out before the promised time. He made sure that my family and I were kept dry and safe as it was raining when the service was completed. Hresy sense of humor!!! Great going guys. Keep up the good work.

Most recent visit was due to driving rough and Kia fixed it right up for me. Found the noise and corrected it! Brian service manager, Frank and Allen were all great! I went and took my kia k5 to be services at Werner Kia and was greeted my Mario Rodriguez. He was a great customer service tech and kept me informed until the job was complete.
