I had a routine oil change done at Werner Kia in Tallahassee. I was very happy with the professionalism and speed of service. Donnie kept me informed throughout the process and I didn't have to wait that long for the service to be completed. I especially liked the short video they send you afterwards of your car when it was being worked on, with their recommendations and showing things like a cabin air filter, for example, how dirty mine was and they recommend replacement.
