Hello Kia I wanted to let you know that your employee Darryn Auerbach went out of his way to assist me on my first maintenance in my new Telluride SX 2025. Darryn explained exactly what the maintenance would entail. I was quickly taken and ready for service. Darryn checked on me several times while in the waiting room. He let me know where they were in the maintenance process. Additionally, another employee, Lee Harvey I believe was his name remembered me from when I bought the car. He fixed an issue with the tow hitch. Darryn let me know when my car was completed. He printed out the results. He went over each detail and summed that the car was in great shape. This Telluride is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. People like Darryn and Lee are very good at their work and I really appreciated their service. I am really enjoying this beautiful car. It has features similar to the much higher end vehicles. Excellent safety and convenience. I highly recommend visiting this Kia Dealership Darryn Auerbach assisted me with my second maintenance on my new Telluride. I was impressed with his service. He explained what the service would entail in detail. He is very knowledgeable about my car. He told me it would be a couple of hours which turned out to be true. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, it already printed out a copy of all the work and showed me everything that did and everything looked good.
