No one answers the phones (Bryan, Cornelius, and Sean). No one returns voicemails. Josh is rude. Natalie is useless. All I wanted was an update on my car or my keys back. I’ve left calls all morning. Just service the car yourself or take it to Valdosta. All you’ll get from them is high blood pressure, because the CERTAINLY are capable of providing ANY time of service/care!

I would give a 0 star if I could. Service advisor Sean Wilson is a terrible service advisor. Never return calls when says, told me I could “drop my vehicle off” and he would call me when he got an update. I finally got a hold of him at 6:00 pm to be told they would have to keep my car over night and that he would call at 10:30 in the morning with an update. Guess who didn’t call? You guessed right! When I asked questions regarding the status of my vehicle he was snarky. Like ok big guy calm down. Once I finally was able to get my vehicle back, this is the condition it was left in, writing on the window, screws, bolts and my whole glove box completely detached. GOTTA LOVE KIA.

Cornelius Thompson has helped me out multiple times with my car here in Tallahassee. He always goes above and beyond in helping me out and provides me with a great experience at Kia and is my go to guy. Sean Wilson also helped me out with a recall that was issued for my car and he was so kind and helpful in explaining the situation with my car. I have been going to this Kia for well over a year now, and they have been absolutely nothing but amazing and communicative with me!
