We have been working with the Lia Nissan staff for many years. We are on our fourth lease with one, bought my truck new in 2023, and recently purchased a used Nissan Sentra for our son. Every department has the most professional, caring, and outgoing people doing the job. I currently had a small issue needing another key. The manager and staff went above and beyond to get me in, and fix my problem right away. The service department was wonderful, and extremely helpful. Everyone made it a point to make me happy. I am very happy to have found Lia Nissan when I did. Now, I never need to look anywhere else for my vehicle needs.

I bought a Nissan frontier back in 2012 and my experience was five stars then I came back after 14 years to the same dealership here all different personnel are working dealt with them and researched other types of trucks and I came back to the dealership, Lia Nissan and with absolutely no pressure at all at any time from the sales person or the service manager and they worked very hard not just to keep but to gain more respect from me what they did for me to go into a brand new 2026 Nissan frontier the business manager Stan was a great guy really down to earth my salesman Josh again another great guy down to Earth and the service manager carm Was a really great Guy and again no pressure from anyone. I’m walking out of here with a brand new Nissan and I really strongly suggest you come here if you want great service.

Loved the experience. We walked in with the problem and was very sceptical because usually they try to sell you all the things you don’t need, but Danny was good. He took a look at our car and initially he told us what it may cost but he would check if we had warranty. If we had warranty it would cost us anything. So he went ahead and checked and thank God we still had warranty, so it was covered. He told and showed us that our filter needed to be changed and what it would cost which was not much. I liked that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything else or tell me all the other things that he thought my car needed. Service was easy. They are very nice there and I look forward to going back. Giving a shout out to Noah as well in Sales amd the Manager and to the other sales guy that offered us cookies! You guys rock!!
