Best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle ever! Josh and Carm were great to work with. Just came home a few days ago with a new Frontier and I love it. Josh has called twice now to ask if I had any questions. This is a great place to purchase a Nissan. Very happy with the service! Thank you! Gary F

Two New Rogue Leases- I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dealership for service and talking with the sales manager Carmine during my visit. I told Carmine I was a little dissatisfied with the dealership my wife and I had been with for over 27 years and was thinking of leaving them to go with someone closer. Carmine asked me about some of the issues and what I was looking for in the two new leases and put together some numbers. After putting together, I told him I would get back to him. No pressure the day he gave to me, just noted his email and personal cell number and told me if I wanted to consider moving to Lia, he would make it happen. Three weeks later, I called him and he asked me if I was serious and wanted to do a deal. We did right over the phone since the quote was already in hi system. We also were able to do the deposits over the phone with no pressure to put more down. We visited the dealership the following week and Carmine handed off the rest of the sale and details to one of his team members, Stanley, since Carmine is the store sales manager. Stanley handled everything from start to finish, and even worked out an insurance issue I was having with Progressive in getting the new cards for the leases ahead of our pickup. The whole experience with Lia was truly awesome and their follow-up once we got a few days later was very appreciated. It was tough leaving our former dealer for a new one but I am glad we chose Lia Nissan. Thank you Carmine and your whole team. Don and Sheri

I'm not sure on some of the older comments, but I've had no issues with this dealership from sales and/or a service prospective. They've always been awesome and very reasonable.

Lia Nissan is the best dealership around! I just purchased my fifth car with them and the whole process was easy and pain free. My salesman was Noah Brody. Noah is the epitome of professionalism and product knowledge and made me feel at ease with his calming reassurance. I cannot thank him enough as I am now the proud owner of a 2025 Nissan Kicks! Thank you Lia and Noah for everything!!

I had my oil changed in Enfield CT at Lia Nissan the so called technician never put oil cap on tight. So now my engine and everything under hood is cover in oil. Now need to pay have engine clean new belts. Wow they say have factor train technicians . I must admit, this place is the most horrible car dealership on the planet. I recommend people to stay far away from this place. And a one star is being generous

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER !!! bought a brand new truck with them and last week I found out that the truck has some imperfections and dents on the body. their only answer was: we can't do nothing about it. (even the vehicle having a bumper to bumper warranty for 5 years). They are trying to blame Nissan for that but never contacted Nissan to see what could be possible done. They only care about the sales after that they don't guarantee anything, just excuses and more excuses. Very unprofessional and 0 Customer service.

Very dissatisfied!!!! I just bought a certified vehicle here and i had a problem with it less than 30 days after purchase and they would not stand behind it!! The young man at the service desk stated, "They do not care at all here", and they do not! Take your business elsewhere!

My car was in for service for the first time at this dealership due to an engine code that needed further diagnosis. I was given an appointment and dropped it off at 7:30 a.m. I called at 2, and the tech I was connected to said it was still being diagnosed and they would call me back in 30 minutes. I called back in an hour and whatever call center system they have set up couldn't get through to anyone. By COB, I had no call with an update. The next morning, I called again at 9:30. Again, the call center people couldn't reach anyone for an update. I asked for a call by noon with a status because I only have 1 this car and can't be without transportation. By noon, I had no call back, I called again and the call center person couldn't get though again. I said please leave a message I'm coming to pick up my car. I arrived at the service and my car had not been diagnosed, it was on the lift, tech was at lunch - so was I actually in order to deal with this. I asked for them to take it down and give me my car back with no work done or diagnosis because if I can't even get in touch with someone for an update, then I have no confidence in this business. I'd never go back.

Worst experience. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Just assumed all Nissan places were equal. NOT EVEN CLOSE! Car died leaving the lot. They said what a coincidence it happened to die on the day I had it serviced and charged me $700 to 'fix the problem'. Said it wasn't covered under my warranty. Turns out, it was. I will never go back there. West Springfield Nissan is far superior and more professional. HANDS DOWN.

I'm convinced that this dealership tried to kill me and my family! I am so furious! We took our 2018 SUV there on a Friday in the morning for an oil change, alignment, wiper and wiper fluid. Something was not right about our SUV so my husband returned later that same day because the engine was shutting off. They claimed nothing was wrong. Saturday night at the grocery store, our keys would not unlock the SUV, AAA would not tow it because the tires were locked and we were unable to unlock the doors and put it on neutral. The SUV was stuck for 2 days in the parking lot. Monday comes around and the dealership did not treat us like a priority... after calling since morning they finally came in the afternoon and managed to unlock our SUV and told us later that day that we might need our keys reprogrammed because our keys no longer work with the system. The next day they told us that the car oil filter was leaking which caused the SUV to shut down which could be gravely and how we should be lucky. We didn't have this problem prior to taking it there. They took care of it for free. Took a whole week!!! Little did the dealership know, we were taking the car for inspection 2 days later. It failed inspection and we were told about a loose front tire. We had it checked out and the auto place asked who worked on our car because it seems that they purposely made the tire very loose, the tire was bar on the car!!! I had my whole family(husband, mom, and my 2 yr old) in the car the day before because I can't drive my 9mth pregnant self!!! I'm so livid!! They all could've died!

I had leased a couple cars from this place over the past years. Have had some bad, okay and great experiences. I feel this is common for any dealership though. This review is for Matt who works in sales who goes above and beyond to help you. He is extremely trustworthy and keeps his word. The service department has also always been phenomenal. I can't speak for the rest of them, but if you are looking for a reliable salesman to help you with your lease or car buying experience, ask to have Matt!

I recently purchased a used car from Lia Nissan And was working under a time constraint being that the vehicle I was buying was going to be used for a cross-country move. The team there was incredibly considerate and answered all of the questions I had, no matter how big or small. I would recommend going to the dealership for any vehicle, especially because the customer service is so attentive and understanding EDIT: Not even four days later my car came in for service because of a faulty TMPS reader, which Lia Nissan "failed" to notice. I took the car to two different shops for opinions, because it is fair to note that both the shop from Lia Nissan and the salesman from Lia Nissan come from the same payroll. I was dismissed by the notion that everything was completely fine with my car, even though I had gotten differing opinions from both mechanics the same day. Also, they sold me a car telling me that the tires were nearly new, however the tread on every one of the tires I later found out was less than 20%, which led me to needing four brand new tires the same day. Would not purchase from them again, it seems like as soon as they get your money they take all hands off and start denying any fault that they might have. Matthew Salvador is the salesman who sold me my car and Matt West was the supervisor who "helped" me during my repair process.

This is an email I sent to Lia Nissan TWICE with no reply I won't be spending any more money at your dealership. And just to clarify why: First of all, let's remember that this was a no effort sale on your part. I had been car shopping for a while and had already decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue. A family friend then checked around all the local dealerships and determined that the 2016 Rogue at your dealership best fit the parameters I was looking for. I got to the dealership at 5:20. I test drove the vehicle for approximately 10 minutes, then sat down with salesman at his desk, within another 15-20 minutes or so we settled on a price and I signed an informal bill of sale. He then directed us to the waiting area and told us to have a seat. At this point, it was 6:00. It was 8:00 before we got called in to see the finance person. We sat in that waiting area for two hours, and not once during this time did our sales person come in to check on us much less explain what was taking so long and why. During the test drive I asked if crossbars could be installed prior to me picking up the vehicle, salesperson said that wouldn't be a problem. During a follow-up phone call I had with him, I inquired about the crossbars and he said that they were already on. When I said "Are you sure?" he put me on hold, supposedly to go look, and then came back on the phone and confirmed that they were indeed on the vehicle. They are not. During the sale, the sales person mentioned that I would be getting new plates, I said that I wanted to keep my current plates, I had them memorized and had only recently renewed my registration. I was then told that because I wasn't trading in my old car that I couldn't keep the old plates, and anyways it was only an $8.00 difference. Both of those things are completely untrue. After speaking with my insurance agent, I called on the Wednesday after purchasing the vehicle (I wasn't picking it up until Saturday) to request that the runner transfer my registration instead of getting a new one, but I asked that they hold off until Thursday because I needed to be able to drive my old vehicle to where I was junking it. I was told this was no problem. I picked up the vehicle on Saturday. When I was just about to drive away with my new 2016 Rogue (with my old plates attached) the salesperson was like "by the way, there's no registration." And then proceed to explain, that regardless of me being specific that I wouldn't need my old registration after Thursday, his Sales Manager wanted to wait until Monday "just in case." I was then told that the runner would go on Monday and then put the registration in the mail right away. That was very annoying. I do love my car. However, I was surprised that the interior wasn't cleaned before I picked it up. There was noticeable dust on the dash, some kind of gunk on the steering wheel and visible adhesive on the windshield from the sign they had just taken off. I called on Monday around 11:30 AM to make sure the vehicle was going to be registered that day, because my insurance agent had checked, and it hadn't been yet. I was assured that it would be. While on the phone, I told the sales person that I had discovered that the crossbars, in fact, were NOT on. He seemed surprised by this but told me he would look into it and get back to me. Shortly after two on Monday he called to tell me that accidentally the runner had NOT transferred my registration, but had gotten me a new one. And now, I couldn't drive my car with the "old" plates on them. Finally after coming unprepared to put my plates on and leaving me to have to return my "old" ones myself, he apologized to me and said "This isn't the way it's supposed to happen" and then said he'd call me within the hour to arrange for those crossbars to be put on like they should have been in the first place. That call never happened. And when I reached out about it, I was told the 'best they could do" was to install them at cost for +$300. No thanks

I have worked with Lia Nissan of Enfield for three leases in a row, and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with them! The sales people are friendly and truly listen to what you are looking for, and they also do everything in their power to make it happen. The service department is also excellent -- fast, and easy to make appointments with online. For my most recent Rogue, I worked with Matt Salvador in the sales department, and I couldn't recommend him more!! He was super kind to my father and I throughout the entire process. I drove away with my new vehicle the SAME DAY I came into to see him about changing out my lease. I've never even heard of service like that!! Matt made sure everything was good with my new car a few days later, too, which was greatly appreciated. If you're thinking about leasing your next car, Lia Nissan of Enfield is absolutely where you want to go!

I was in the area car shopping and stopped in before checking online to see what used cars they had for sale. A salesman came up an introduced himself and I asked if they had anything in a certain price range and he said they did. We sat down at his desk and he started taking down information such as name, phone, email etc. And then we got to other weird questions such as what do you use the car for, do you have and colors that you don't want, features you want/need, why do you want to spend $x and a few others that I have forgotten. I was frustrated to say the least just show me what you have and I will let you know if Im interested. He went away and came back with another salesman who asked me the same questions and then they went away. Another salesman walked by and said that "They were working on some great options for me." Salesman number 2 winked at me when he sat down and said he had two great options for me. He had a one year old car which had more than 40K miles on it and he went over some of the details and I said "Wow that a lot of miles" and he responded "Yeah, someone did some driving." Thanks but Im not interested in that one what else do you have? He said he had a Sentra that was a few years old and I asked "Isn't that the smaller model?" and salesman #2 said "No" and kept on rolling when the original salesperson said "Yes it is." Salesman #2 admitted this was only his second day on the job. I extended my hand and thanked them both for their time and left. Most bizarre sales experience of my life and a waste of my time. Hope this is helpful and needless to say I wont be buying from them ever.

I would rate my car buying experience at Lia Nissan of Enfield as an 8 out of a possible 10. The sales person was very friendly and had a good knowledge of all Nissan vehicles. He was not overly pushy and let me test drive the model I ended up buying. He was able to answer any questions that I had with no problems. The car was delivered to me within 2 business days and the plates and registration were transferred promptly. They gave me the most for my 10-year-old car, but not as much as they said in the notice they mailed me. In microscopic print on the back of the notice, my car did not qualify because of the mileage it had on it. They still ended up giving me more than Kelly Blue Book for my trade in. Overall a decent experience

The service department here is very kind, professional and we're able to help me when the dealer I bought the car from wasn't willing to do so. They brought down the cost of the repair for me making it much more affordable and had the repair done next day in less than 4 hours! Some of the most courteous people I have met. I will definitely be going back here and when it is time to buy my next car I'll be going to them instead!

Horrible place*** They will manipulate you into getting into an upside down loan if they can. Any issues they will not assist until you pay their ridiculous charge! Finance is a joke. They blame YOU for miles you've driven blaming issues on that. They lie about issues with your vehicle. Don't go there with problems because they will fake problems in order to get your money. They are sleazy!!! **DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS CAR PLACE & DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED THERE***

Just got done purchasing a Nissan Rogue, I always dread car shopping but this was a one stop shop great experience! Walked in having no expectations of walking out with a purchase in the same day. The Lia team make everything easy, convenient, and are very knowledgeable about their vehicles.... no scams, they are honest about the pros and cons of each vehicle and get you to the perfect match! Thank you Romaine and Jimmy for all your help!

There's this one guy that works in sales I don't know his name but he makes me feel so uncomfortable I avoid him whenever I go there. Bald head black guy with glasses (forgive my poor description). One day I was walking around the lot checking out what they had, and he calls out to me asking if I was shopping or shoplifting, I know he was joking but I don't know you like that man. Every word he says to me is upsetting. I got quoted one price over the phone and then they charged me double when I came in to get it done. They did a repair on my tire pressure sensor and I asked for them to top off my break fluid and ever since that job I'm hearing noises coming from that same area and I have traction control and break error on my dash. I'm not going back there. I met Greg (slim guy with the tattoos )once he's this places only saving grace. Sorry guys this place is nothing like Manchester Honda great service sales not so good but those guys know what they're doing and they know how to treat people.

Just finally finished up my nightmare experience with this location. I will leave names out of it but I will not be intimidated out of posting. A few weeks ago I found a vehicle on their site that I loved, all the options I wanted , perfect. The first issue was when I asked them to run my credit alone to see what, if anything I qualified for, I had a co-signer with me and she had wanted to wait to run hers pending my outcome. They came back and had run hers and mine at the same time. I was told the bank REQUIRED me to purchase Lia's extended warranty to qualify for the loan. Fine I got a pretty good APR for a vehicle I wanted. As soon as I leave the lot I found out the cigarette port was broken (great checking out cars). I took my car to a mechanic and had him look over everything. Turns out the tires were severely cupped, the power port was dead and the back seat would not lock into place. Feeling something else was off I called the bank and asked why they required an extended warranty to be purchased, they said they had no such requirement. I called Lia back and explained everything and was met with "it's a used car what do you expect, the paperwork is already done" They also violated the law and my rights by calling with multiple people on the phone without announcing multiple parties on the line, a felony (I believe) in Connecticut. I called over to Lia Honda in Hartford to speak with someone higher up that promised to right the situation. My co-signer and I went back to Lia Nissan to redo the contract minus the warranty and other "rebateables" which lowered the cost substantially. They agreed at the time to fix the power outlet and detail the car but "cupped tires are not a safety issue" . Fine, let's just be done with this was my view, I like the car. A few days later I was called and informed the second contract was dated wrong so my co-signer and I would have to come back in to resign yet again. I told them that my co-signer had no more days off when I did, to their credit they offered to have someone bring her the papers. My co-signer took a day off on Sat (today) so we could finally be done with the matter. We both agreed the car was not for me as the many issues in paperwork alone pointed at the universe saying "no". I was greeted with extreme hostility at this point from Lia when I told them my choice. I asked about getting into something else and was told no, my money would be refunded "when the bank was done with the paperwork"So I ask for my license plate back and have a drill shoved at me and told "get it yourself". On the way back in a customer asked me about my experience and I gave an honest opinion about what had transpired. I was in an office and two of their employees pretty much surround me in a threatening and harassing manner and told me "You will not bad mouth us, do you understand?" I asked them to please step away from me, I just wanted copies of my paperwork so I could leave. They didn't move and the more senior employee said "We can have the cops come remove you if you want". I stated again that I was just waiting for my paperwork and I'd gladly leave, I wanted no problems. They then moved into a neighboring office and began to talk rudely about me. This experience was probably one of the worse examples of "customer service " I have ever experienced, beyond unprofessional and boarding on criminal.

Shady! Drove from NY to purchase a car that we saw on their website, when we arrived we were told that the price had changed. Our salesman "Fitzy" (think Leisure Suit Larry) tells us it was a typo and they aren't sure what the correct price is, but what are we willing to pay? The sales manager comes out (doesn't mention a typo) states that the Internet interest on this car was so high and the car was relatively new to their location that they felt the need to raise the price by 3k. This was for a 2014 370z. After feeling how slimy this deal was, we left immediately. So relieved we did! Found a much better deal on a newer Porsche Boxster and the sales staff didn't leave me feeling like I needed a Silkwood shower afterwards. Avoid this place! There's not enough Purel on the planet to make me go back.

I was very pleased with how polite and courteous the service writer Jose was. I didn't feel pressured at all to have add on services done. Although I did have an alignment. Overall it was a easy trip, polite staff and a welcoming waiting area.

Looked at used car here for my son, and liked it. Told salesman that I would like to get it inspected across the street at Midas. Salesman said fine, and told me to call Midas and pay the $ 75 Midas would charge and he would bring car over to Midas the very next morning. Next day, I called Midas. They said the car was never brought over. Called Nissan repeatedly. When they finally called me back, they said the car was sold to very next customer after we left, since there was no deposit on the car. Salesman never even brought up the word "deposit" to us. He knew we just paid Midas to check the car. Never going back to Lia Nissan again. Vaughn was the salesman and Miguel Aponte was the sales manager. However, I would like to mention that Midas of Enfield was wonderful, and credited my money in full, Thanks to Brian and Jack of Midas! Maybe Lia Nissan could take some cues from Midas to see how a good business should be run.
