After receiving voicemails from Aubrey Keith, we spoke over the phone, and made a deal for a new vehicle purchase. The car purchase was rushed due to our older vehicle having a major anti lock break malfunction which would have cost several thousand to repair. Do not take your car to be serviced here. This is a sham of a business and the customer service is even worse. Not sure if it was because I am a young woman, but I received little to no communication while my car sat in their lot for two weeks, when all I needed was a new key (security lockout problems with old fob). Will rip you off as well. Was told I needed a whole new tire because of a nail in it, pulled the screw out and it hadnt even punctured the tire- was just sitting atop it. Absolutely blown away by my experience here.

It took a while to get an appointment (I had been trying since October of 2021 but they were booked through the new year). I made this appointment after having work done at another place and having them recommend additional work. I was able to make the appointment with Dustin Wheeler who kept me updated on the progress during my appointment and also informed me of the incorrect information provided by the previous mechanic saving me almost $600.
