Cullen Griffin did a good job with my 911 dealing with some unusual mechanical issues. Highly recommend him. While Cullen did his job well, the service department did not. Not a week after getting my car back, the window has again failed to work properly. So while the original expense seemed fair, in the end it is ridiculous as I have now paid thousands with the issue not fixed. Beyond disappointed.

We recently purchased a 2025 Taycan 4 from the dealer and had it shipped to Vermont. The delivery arrived in a very old racing trailer with one other car. The access doors to the trailer didn't align with the car door so the delivery driver left the window down. Both the inside and outside of the car were covered in dirt! The deliver driver climbed into and out of the car through the window! The driver also, against my advise, kept touching the car causing scratched in the paint. We have yet to be reimbursed for the cleaning and buffing required to restore the car to near new. After indicating they would take care of any costs to clean/buff they have since ghosted us, including the sales manager and GM. Shameful behavior from a Porsche dealer.....

Slimy Porsche dealer. Brad will happily sell my pregnant wife a Macan with brakes on their last leg and broken TPMS that magically didn’t show up during the test drive, then ghost you when you ask them to fix it. 3+ weeks of dodging calls, ignoring texts, and leaving me to foot the bill of their problematic repair department. Won’t be buying any more cars from here.

Put down a $2K deposit in December to hold a vehicle for a few days until I could view it in person. Ended up not purchasing it and it sold to a different customer a few days later. Still haven't received my deposit back despite my salesman, Brad S., telling me on multiple occasions that finance was going to contact me to initiate the refund. Still waiting.

Visited the dealership and was greeted by Hayden C. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the 911 I was interested in. Hayden was eager to help and I didn't feel pressure to buy the car on the spot. He gave me his business card and allowed me to "shop around" the dealership. I will be back to visit this dealership in the future.

I typically do business with the Destin Florida Porsche location. They did not have any 2026 Macon in stock. I searched around and located several options at the Tallahassee Florida Porsche Capitaleurocars. I called the dealership and was connected to Brad Snyder (salesman). Brad was very gracious from the beginning, very knowledgeable, and was very patient. I also had the pleasure to be introduced to Brock Koller, (the sales manager), and Janice Gibson, (the finance services manager). As a Tallahassee resident, I’ve unfortunately had zero success purchasing a vehicle from Porsche Tallahassee, which is owned by Crown Cars (Capital Eurocars). They’ve built a beautiful, very expensive new facility, but consistently have little to no new car inventory and have never been able to fulfill a new build request for me. The staff seems to be a revolving door. I’ve yet to see a sales manager or general manager at Porsche last more than a year. It’s hard to build confidence in a dealership when there’s no continuity in leadership and no available product to sell. What’s most frustrating is that I can source virtually any Porsche I want from Atlanta to Miami without issue — yet Tallahassee is the exception. That says a lot. If you’re serious about buying a Porsche, I would strongly recommend looking at Ocala, Orlando, Tampa, or Champion in Miami. Those dealerships can actually secure vehicles, including high-demand models. Unfortunately, Porsche Tallahassee has been a consistent disappointment.

Brad was easy to work with and facilitated the setting up of my new Cayenne eHybrid Porsche.

Let me first say, Brad the salesman was great - this issue was not his fault. However, when a CPO vehicle arrives with a problem (seatbelt sensor, occupied seat sensor) and management refuses to take responsibility, I have no choice but to leave this review. They have repeatedly told me that the vehicle left their facility with no fault codes and that it was fixed. I asked how did we roll it off an enclosed trailer and it was immediately an issue? They essentially accused me of spilling something into the seat and trying to get them to cover the bill. I have time stamped video evidence of when this ocurred, and they refuse to accept any responsibility. My local Porsche dealer said someone spilled something in the seat, and it had been that way for so long the liquid had solidified so more repairs are needed. Terrible feeling when a CPO vehicle immediately needs another $5K in repairs. I would not risk buying a used or CPO vehicle from this group. They claim to have all the documentation that this issue was already fixed - meaning they knew it had this issue, but have not be willing to provide me any of the documentation. Overall, a pretty terrible experience with this dealership and for the Porsche brand.
