I've used Capital Porsche for 20+ years now, for both routine maintenance and extreme overhauls. The mechanics are skilled, and the service managers treat you with respect. This latest visit (late 2025) I dealt with a new service manager named Cullen Griffin, and he was great to work with.

I decided to take a flight to the Porsche dealership in Tallahassee Florida. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Brad Synder the Sales Rep. from Porsche Tallahassee. I was pleasantly surprised to see he had driven the 2022 Porsche 911 Turbo I was looking to purchase. My experience was fantastic as Brad took me through the process of buying a Porsche out of state. I did by the 2022 Porsche 811 Turbo from Brad and I am waiting for delivery.

Ive always wanted to own a Porsche, from the first time one zipped past me on a German autobahn and all I could see of it was the tail lights to a final decision in the Tallahassee Porsche dealership with client advisor Brad Snyder. Brad was a great guide and conductor through dizzying array of options and selections available. Patience, cordiality are the hallmarks of a great service representative and he has these qualities.

Everyone at the dealership was helpful and considerate. Brad Snyder was always available and ensured we had all the information we needed. He went out of his way to communicate to us. I don't think I've ever had someone as concerned about making sure we had all the information we needed. He was terrific!

Its always a little nerve wracking when you need to take your car in for service but thanks to Dustin Wheelers kind and friendly attitude it aint so bad. Not only does he make me feel welcomed he makes me feel like he really is looking out for my best interest. Let me start with the service advisor Dustin Wheeler. What a great representative for Porsche. Dustin has always been extremely pleasant, respectful and professional through the many times I have taken my wife's 2004 Cayenne. He always detailed to me exactly what the mechanics found and what it was causing. He and the very knowledgable mechanics would also point out things that that might fail in the future. This is a very trustworthy outfit.

Dustin is a fantastic professional; he takes his time with customers and takes good care of them. My only concern was that I had ordered parts from the dealership in 2019, and yes, that was five years ago, but COVID and Spinal Surgery got in the way. I am a disabled Veteran who served in Iraq. I am proud of that fact, but my service has impacted me in all facets of my life. My concern with the Dealership stems from the Parts Manager, Joe M. After I approached him about the floor mats and engine parts I had ordered for my Porsche 911, he accused me of lying by asking me if I had a receipt for the mats. At the time, I did not, but I have the receipt now. Joe also asked if I could prove the dealership did not send me the mats. I asked him if he could prove that the dealership did send me the mats. Joe, just gave me a blank stare. Joe then stated if the parts were ordered and not picked up that, they were placed into a box and thrown away after a year. At that point, I told Joe, I had better speak to the GM because I knew he was either lying or a very bad business person. Can anyone imagine a parts manager throwing away floor mats that can be used on other vehicles or engine parts for Porsche automobiles? My plan is to contact the GM of the dealership and Regional Director for Porsche and ask him if Joe is a typical Parts Manager for Porsche. Joes customer service is horrible and his lack of integrity is a poor reflection of the Porsche brand and the dealership. However, because I will not have to interact with Joe I will be going back to the dealership because of the service and care I received from Dustin. Perhaps, Dustin might be able to spend some time with Joe and teach him customer service skills and to not accuse customers of being liars.

Capital Porsche's salesperson, Brad Snyder did an excellent job explaining the vehicle and also negotiating with me for the final price on the car. Ultimately, due to his professionalism and how he worked with me and didn't give up (by ultimately helping me reach my goal) I ended up driving more than 550 miles to do the purchase through Capital Porsche. Brad, you did a great job and the next time I'm in the market for a new car, I will be back! Thank you.

My service advisor, Dustin Wheeler, has always treated me like family and is nothing short of top notch. He always listens to all my concerns and makes sure all issues are addressed. I'm never rushed along even though he is busy. I'm always kept in the loop and promptly notified of any issues or unforeseen problems. I would not want anyone else overseeing the repair and maintenance of my porsches. To top it all off, Nick Tinaro is a fantastic service manager and I can't say enough good things about David their porsche technician. Thanks guys for always being there for me.
