A couple of months ago I damaged the driver side mirror on my 2022 Hyundai Venue. Today I made an appointment at Crown Collision Center for an estimate to repair it. Honestly, I anticipated an expensive repair cost for such a minor damage. I met with Jenn, the estimator, and when she looked at the mirror, she simply snapped it back into place. No repair needed! A big thanks to Jenn, and I will definitely return to Crown Collision Center for any future car body repairs.

She kept us informed throughout every step of the repair process, clearly explained what to expect, and provided timely updates along the way. Even better—my vehicle was completed and returned ahead of the estimated due date! Crown’s coordination with Enterprise made the rental car process seamless. Being able to pick up and return the rental at the same location made an already stressful situation so much easier. Quoted me over $3,000 as you all can see in the last picture. Instead, I went to some detail shop and they took care of 75% of the scratching and it cost me $20 in under 30min. The detail shop was also so kind as to give me a contact for the small car dents. Everyone can see the before and after pictures to decide if it was worth over $3k from the Crown Collision Center instead of the $20 detail shop.

Editing my review after the company responded by noting my delays were insurance related: I was a cash payer and did not go through insurance. It also took me 2 weeks and 4 follow-ups to get my missing caps replaced. — Original review: Don’t bring your car to this collision center. They had my car for an exorbitant amount of time compared to the original estimate. I had to follow-up constantly, and it was one excuse after another. It’s very clear no one here is in a hurry; or they take on too much work without the means to complete it on time. I have so many texts promising deadlines. On top of it all, they misplaced two of my car designer air valves and put on a cheap plastic knock off. Both of those wheels were low on tire pressure. I also had grease stains all over my brown leather, some of which I haven’t been able to get out. They also claimed this was my fault because I wanted my car back “early”… (we were already well past the one week mark of delays). My favorite part of the experience was when I picked up my car at 5 miles to empty after being gaslit that they needed to put 3 gallons in to finish calibration and did me a solid by removing the charge. It’s a 19 mi/gallon auto, so I see no evidence of them putting gas in. They also add 3% credit card processing at checkout to make sure you pay for your own credit card fees, which is just cheap and tacky.

I had to bring my company car here for repairs due to one of our clients unfortunate accidents and from the beginning to the end Jenn Smith was such a help. The whole process took about little more than a month, so a rental car was required and she even made sure I was informed about the process. At pick up she stood by me the whole time through the check out and was extremely patient and accommodating. She even helped me transition from the rental back into the company car. Charisma (reception/checkout counter) was also helpful and patient as we navigated through the payment process. Something that was already challenging went smoothly. Thanks again Jenn for making this an easier experience.

Had one of the least professional and satisfying experiences after my car was in an accident and towed to Crown as the Mercedes authorized repair shop. In addition to the work being incomplete, with unexplained delays throughout a month long process, the customer service representative was anything but helpful. There was a combination of lack of responsiveness, conflicting information, missed deadlines and such a laissez-faire attitude that bordered on indifference with no effort to take any initiative or accept any accountability. The repairs were not completed and after much frustration and lack of information, I had my car released and sent to the MB in Boston area, where repairs were completed, including redoing things that were not properly addressed by Crown. Communication, accountability and professionalism were paramount and am only sorry that I ever interacted with Crown Collision and suggest that at the very minimum, they should pay attention to the quality and responsiveness of their repair, and especially service team. Was not impressed and barely able to add anything positive about working with Vinny.
