The car looks great after repair work due to a person driving into the back of it. Johnny did a great job with battling her insurance company and was able to get them to finally pay in full….the Insurance company dug their heels in every step of the way. Jenn handled our insurance claim with professionalism, confidence, and extensive knowledge from start to finish. She truly understood the ins and outs of the claims process and guided us every step of the way while working directly with the insurance company on our behalf. Even when the insurance company gave us a hard time, Jenn continued to advocate for us and made sure everything was handled properly. I brought my Grenadier in after it was hit ( and it was only two weeks ‘old’). Sean Clumfoot was my estimator and was amazing. He had all repairs done, and vehicle painted and it looked brand new again. Sean was great updating us during the process and made this experience, as pleasant as any repair could be. Had a wonderful experience at Crown Collision today thanks to Sean Clumfoot and his tech Seth Barnes. I damaged the side plastic strip on my 2018 Acura RDX from parking too close to a rock wall. I was dreading what it might cost me to get the strip placed back on tightly. Sean took a look and called his tech Seth to see what would be involved to fix. Took my keys and ran it around back to tighten that side strip and brought it back to me and at no charge! Wow is that great customer service or what ??? I’ve used Crown previously on other cars I owned and they do fantastic work but this was so unexpected and nice - I’m a loyal Crown customer for life !

Very excellent experience with the Crown Collision Center in Saint Petersburg FL. I was completely horrified that my second biggest investment was in a collision. My confidence was quickly restored after meeting with Chris Perez at the Crown Collision Center. She was quick to inspect my vehicle and come up with a plan to repair. She worked flawlessly with my insurance company after finding multiple supplements. She was able to accommodate all of my specific requests and hit the nail on the head with every single thing. Communication was top notch during this entire process. Now my vehicle has been returned, I'm extremely impressed by the quality of work done to my truck. The lack of communication is terrible. Second car I've had put in the shop at crown collision and they give you the run around more than anything. I've had to call and show up at the location to get updates on my car rather than someone actually doing their job and calling me and telling me what's going on. Never bringing my car here for any repairs. Better off going to Tampa.

I brought my Nissan Rogue Sport to Crown Collision Center last week to have it repaired after an accident a few months back. Frank Resti gave me a second estimate after I received one from the Nissan in Clearwater. He quickly pulled apart my vehicle to better predict the damage (of note: Clearwater Nissan did not disassemble my vehicle before providing an estimate.) Frank's estimate was significantly cheaper (by hundreds of dollars!) so I knew that to him I wasn't just a young naive girl being swindled by yet another repair center. Frank told me that my rental car would be covered by Crown Collision the first three days because my estimate was over a grand and that he only expected the repair to take three days. I dropped off my car and on the third day I called to see if I could pick up my car before close. Tatijana (who also goes above and beyond) said that unfortunately the car was not finished, but they would cover my rental costs for the fourth day and they did. Frank apologized for the repair taking an extra day, but I didn't care how long it took. I was just grateful for the way they handled it. This company is not out to nickel and dime or cheat their clients for profit. They did a beautiful job on the repair. I will be recommending Crown Collision to friends and family!

I have been using Crown Collision for the past 18 years as needed, and they have been fantastic every time. Steve Lucas has taken perfect care of any repairs needed completely and in a timely manner. My insurance appraiser stated that Crown was one of only two in all of Tampa Bay that he would recommend as being outstanding!

I'm extremely happy with the work Crown Collision did on my Mercedes and it looks like new, I would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone!

Hurricane Irma left me with my new Hyundai Veloster with alot of scratches after the carport it was parked under went to peices during the storm here in Saint Petersburg, FL... My insurance is through Geico and immediately they came to my home to determine the damages, then I was of to Crown Collision Center and that is where I met Steve Lukas... Steve was very pleasant and took the time to go out and look over my car, hear my concerns and explained what would be done and how long the repairs would take... CCC finished my car withinn the time frame indicated and when I first got to their location I thought the car I was looking at was a brand new car! Turns out it was mine! I have to say the entire experince with CCC from the reseptionist, those who drove me home and picked me up were as professional as Steve Lukas, they all made my experience through this process carefree and on point. I have been a customer of Crown for over 25 years and this expierence is just why I will always stay with them... THANK YOU...

The ladies at Reception Desk are delightful. Especially the one who just helped this old lady get to the site where I can give this review. If only all businesses realized how important the first voice we hear is the most important . Steve Lukas was our Estimator and we are totally satisfied. Knowing I had to take a trip and did not want to do so in rental car. He got the job done as quickly as possible. Thank you Steve. My only complaint is that Enterprise informed me that USAA did not pay for last day but that they would contact them and get it paid. Instead they charged my credit card. When I called they removed the charge, but that is not good business.

Crown Collision did a fantastic job on my 2009 Honda. I live on the east coast of Florida and Steve Lukas did a superb job getting the necessary parts for my repairs . Everything was completed In a very timely manner. Steve did a wonderful explaining everything necessary for the repairs. The repairs looked great. I am very thankful to Crown Collision for the superb service.

Unfortunately, within the last two months I have been involved in two no-fault collisions in my late model Mercedes convertible. Fortunately, I had the repair work done at Crown Collision in St. Petersburg Florida. The experience could not of been better. This afternoon I caught the underside of my MB C300 front bumper on one of those parking stops, I never felt a thing but the bumper was pulled on the driver side. Took is to Steve Lucas at Crown Collision Center at 4.15 pm to get an estimate, Steve told me the cost would be $64 and take about an hour., he asked if I could wait and they would do it straight away. I have nothing but the highest praise for Steve and the Collision center, how many other repair shops would do things the same day. True to his word the repair was completed in one hour and I was on my way at 5.30 pm. They provide a great service and Steve is very professional and easy to deal with.

Steve helped me when I brought my car in. The car was damaged from a rear end collision. He walked out to the car and reviewed all of the damage with me. I was given an estimate and I was able to bring my car in immediately to be fixed. Hertz rental is also located inside the shop so it was quick and easy to get a rental car. Crown collision did a great job repairing my car. They left if clean inside and out when I picked it up. - Tabatha Clawson
