Had to take my Mercedes GLA in for repairs after an incident of someone causing damage. I had the great fortune of dealing with David Thach at the Crown Collision Center with this issue. David and the team at Crown Collision were great. We were under a time crunch to get the work done, and had to reschedule due to hurricane Ian on top of it. David communicated really well with me and got it done a day ahead of schedule so we could make our trip on time. I'd also like to acknowledge Tony who helped the day I dropped it off. He helped me feel a lot more comfortable it would be done on time when I dropped it off on October 3rd. Very happy with the service, communication, and how friendly and helpful the staff were. I took my vehicle into Crown Collision for an estimate after an accident. Being a snowbird, nearing the last month of my stay, I stressed the need to get the repair done quickly. David said it was possible if parts were available. He needed my insurance adjusters estimate before he could move forward. I emailed the adjustment a few days later and followed up with a phone call (leaving a voicemail) asking David to confirm receipt of the email. No reply. I left another voicemail asking David to confirm receipt. Its now been a week with no response from David via phone or email. Ive since taken my car to another shop. Davids complete lack of response has soured me on the whole Crown family of businesses. I had previously been happy with work done at Crown Honda but will consider other options if in need of service on my Honda.

David Thach & his paint/body shop did a beautiful job on my Acura that had factory defective paint missing from the roof. The entire roof was repainted & such a lovely surprise to pick up my car that was completely detailed! Im pretty sure they even waxed it which I rarely do. The next week when hosing it off, the dirt rinsed off almost completely!! Thanks Crown!!

David not only gave me a quick and timely estimate for my repair. More importantly, he worked with me and got creative with scheduling the repair when I just couldn't be without my vehicle. Instead of leaving the car for a day, he arranged for me to leave the part (a wheel well edge) and come back the next day for a new one. Both times, I was in and out of the Center within about 15 minutes. He was/is a pleasure to work with.

Everything worked out in the end. David Thach went above and beyond and I appreciate all his help in getting my car back on the road,. Huge amount of gratitude for David, the many emails and phone calls he made kept me informed of the parts progress to their facility, it was definitely a long wait time for the one part they found last minute that was going to be necessary to wrap up my collision repair, but my rental was extended and I felt confident that Crown Collision was not cutting corners. All the necessary steps were followed so my car was 100 percent safe and looking like brand new! My car looks amazing! I had warranty work done - the paint was peeling on my 2015 MDX. Crown was awesome! I dropped off my car with David and he drove me up to Acura for my loaner car. He was very professional and courteous and explained the process. He told me the estimated date that the work would be finished and called me when it was completed. Super fast working I sent over the estimate and said if I could have it in the shop Monday and he worked on it and made it happen . He said it would be done by Friday and had it done Thursday another bonus didnt have to worry about have the rental for another day . Truly Excellent Service David was the estimator responsible for handling fairly extensive repairs (rear body, mechanical, structural, and a little front body) to my car. On top of the extent of the necessary repairs, the insurance provider that paid for the repairs does not write in the state of Florida, so David had to coordinate with a third party insurance appraiser as well as the insurance adjuster. David did a great job handling all of it right from the start! He was very communicative throughout the process, which was extremely helpful to me because the process was quite protracted. However, I want to be clear that the length of time was due to a combination of the out-of-state insurance and the volume of work the car needed. At no point did I feel like David or anyone else at Crown was taking any longer than the fastest they could work. I have chosen not to rate the price since I didn't pay, and furthermore I have no idea what is or isn't competitive. I will say that I believe David's service would be worth a premium, even if they're not charging anyone extra.
