I had a great experience buying at Land Rover St. Petersburg. Ashley Blaxberg was an amazing sales representative: quick, efficient and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Sales Manager Steve Ghoulami understood exactly what I needed, made sure I was taken care of, and got us to an agreement fast. TJ Muller in finance was quick and very thorough. My husband and I both drive Land Rovers, and Mike has consistently been our go-to person whenever we need assistance. Today, he went above and beyond once again. I came in for unscheduled maintenance, and Mike took care of everything seamlessly. Not only did he quickly get me set up with a loaner car, but he also went out of his way to physically move my child's car seat from my vehicle into the loaner—a thoughtful detail that saved me so much stress and effort. Throughout the entire day, Mike kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and remained patient, professional, and thorough with all my questions. It’s rare to find service this reliable and attentive. Mike is truly an asset to the team, and we couldn't recommend him more highly!

John was my sales exec at LR St. Petersburg, and being a client of another LR dealer, I have to say I was blown away by the service I received by John and his team at Land Rover St. Pete. I was set on buying a car that day, and had shown up to LR St. Pete after leaving another local dealer. They moved with a sense of urgency to find me a vehicle, and find what I was looking for - and they made it happen. John was excellent, took his time showing me different cars on the lot, talking through options with me. He's an expert on the cars, and I enjoyed working with him tremendously. He and Eli worked hard to find me what I was looking for. I will recommend John at LR to anyone and everyone, and a big shout out to Eli, who got the ball moving on the transport for my car, as well as Noah in finance, who made the process easy and painless, and was looking out for my best interest in terms of leasing vs purchasing. Both Noah and John stayed way past closing time to get my deal done, and I appreciate both for doing so. Kudos to an amazing and professional team, I received excellent service all-around and felt completely taken care of. 10/10 stars!

Paid over $4500 for a tow package on an SVA Velar before a big trip. Got the vehicle back and nearly every single feature in the car is disabled, took it back to dealer and they just brushed it off said they'd look later, left it in the parking lot unlocked for several days while I had to delay my trip every single morning. Service department ignored all calls and emails for several days. Had to call the sales department to even hear a human. Still no repaired programming, still no vehicle, still no response from service department, still spending money to delay my trip.

Five stars for Jacob at Land Rover St. Petersburg! If you're like me, the thought of car shopping, test driving, and enduring sales pitches makes you want to stay home and clean—and I hate cleaning. However, Jacob completely changed the experience. He went above and beyond, starting by taking me for a test drive on his scheduled day off. He explained everything about the vehicle in detail, never used high-pressure sales pitches, and didn't push me to talk about a trade-in. He made the rush-hour drive from Lakewood Ranch to St. Pete on a Thursday completely worth my time. Two days later, we swapped keys! Go see Jacob at Land Rover St. Pete, even if you just want to talk about cars. ;)
