My husband and I both drive Land Rovers, and Mike has consistently been our go-to person whenever we need assistance. Today, he went above and beyond once again. I came in for unscheduled maintenance, and Mike took care of everything seamlessly. Not only did he quickly get me set up with a loaner car, but he also went out of his way to physically move my child's car seat from my vehicle into the loaner—a thoughtful detail that saved me so much stress and effort. Throughout the entire day, Mike kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and remained patient, professional, and thorough with all my questions. John was my sales exec at LR St. Petersburg, and being a client of another LR dealer, I have to say I was blown away by the service I received by John and his team at Land Rover St. Pete. I was set on buying a car that day, and had shown up to LR St. Pete after leaving another local dealer. They moved with a sense of urgency to find me a vehicle, and find what I was looking for - and they made it happen. John was excellent, took his time showing me different cars on the lot, talking through options with me. He's an expert on the cars, and I enjoyed working with him tremendously. He and Eli worked hard to find me what I was looking for. I will recommend John at LR to anyone and everyone, and a big shout out to Eli, who got the ball moving on the transport for my car, as well as Noah in finance, who made the process easy and painless, and was looking out for my best interest in terms of leasing vs purchasing. Both Noah and John stayed way past closing time to get my deal done, and I appreciate both for doing so. Kudos to an amazing and professional team, I received excellent service all-around and felt completely taken care of. 10/10 stars!

Paid over $4500 for a tow package on an SVA Velar before a big trip. Got the vehicle back and nearly every single feature in the car is disabled, took it back to dealer and they just brushed it off said they'd look later, left it in the parking lot unlocked for several days while I had to delay my trip every single morning. Service department ignored all calls and emails for several days. Had to call the sales department to even hear a human. Still no repaired programming, still no vehicle, still no response from service department, still spending money to delay my trip.

I originally took down my review ,but this is ridiculous I knew they were shady ,they sold me a car that’s leaking coolant everywhere after they presented all the papers about how they did all this work to make the car safe drivable but the cars making a horrible noise front my front left side and now leaking I honestly don’t see how dealerships are allowed to sell cars like this .This is sad especially with my kid in the car ,since then I’ve been in contact with them about this issue but I haven not heard anything back

This place is unprofessional and shady both my sales person sky and the manager, the manager refused to do a manufacture recommended service that was 2k miles past do I simply asked if I bought the vehicle can you take care of the service for me he stated “it cost to much money for us “ mind you it was a simple transfer case fluid Change and differential fluid change .I would not recommend anyone buy a used vehicle from them as it cost to much for them to service there own vehicle last before they sell them ,horrible customer service and communication

Miro was great. Not to aggressive but aggressive enough to make the sale and I was comfortable working with him and asking many questions that he was able to answer.
