This place is unprofessional and shady both my sales person sky and the manager, the manager refused to do a manufacture recommended service that was 2k miles past do I simply asked if I bought the vehicle can you take care of the service for me he stated “it cost to much money for us “ mind you it was a simple transfer case fluid Change and differential fluid change .I would not recommend anyone buy a used vehicle from them as it cost to much for them to service there own vehicle last before they sell them ,horrible customer service and communication

Amazing experience with Skye! Highly recommend. Update: lowering my stars from a 5 to 3 because when I purchased my car it was missing a “Y” from the front lettering. I was promised I would have correct lettering sent to fix it. I had to continually text to get updates on this. Was finally sent letters a few months after purchasing my car, but they were not the correct style. Was then told the correct ones would be sent to me. A few more months have passed now and no one has reached out and I still have not received the correct lettering. Disappointed in their follow up and promises.

Top notch!!! we have a Land Rover and jaguar and both had problems at the same time One had a flat tire and a recall The other one we just brought in for Service and they found out it had an oxygen failure.. well, I won’t say that; I will say, Stephan Shafer our our service rep he handled both situations very smoothly!!! I have bought from them in the past, and I almost just bought a second car from them, and the experience is properly high end while staying low pressure and friendly. I especially want to point out my salesperson Jacob, who was so helpful and supportive that I genuinely felt bad when I had to tell him I wasn’t buying from them.
