Absolutely terrible dealership. Once they have your money they will be done helping you. My wife and I bought a 2026 rogue from them not even 2 months ago. We put 3k miles on it and now it sits at a dealership dead. We paid extra to get rentals if something happens just to be told less than 2 months later we have to pay. Not even 2 payments on a new car and they do nothing to fulfill the contracts they make you sign. Buyer beware. They are scam artists.

So glad I decided to go out on a rainy Saturday to make a decision on leasing. Philip Mangione made the process easy with his knowledgeable input on everything about the different vehicles , price points, leasing options etc. Normally, I dread the process of car shopping, but was wholly satisfied and relieved at how smooth and hassle free it was. Pedro was also very helpful with the paperwork, while Philip got me settled into the Rogue Platinum edition I decided on, and helped me set up the tech. We just got a new pickup from Lia Nissan of Colonie. Everyone there was super nice and willing to negotiate. Jacob McMurray was very personable and awesome to deal with--he was good at reading our reactions and working with us to find a price that worked for everyone. We came to Nissan from an old Toyota. I was originally going to get a new Tacoma, but after some test drives, I liked the Frontier better. Plus, Nissan seems more willing to give you a good deal. I have high hopes for this truck, and I for sure recommend Lia Nissan.

Jaylan was a great salesman. He was very professional would definitely deal with him again if he worked at a different location, I do not have the finance manager‘s name but he lost a sale over $200 will not be returning to do business. I went down the road to Lia Toyota and was able to purchase an even better car than what I was looking at with Lia Nissan . The salesman was also great. The big difference was the finance manager for each location.
