CarfaxMy service with lia Nissan has always been the best between Dustin and the service manager Tim always go above and be on to make sure everything is taken care of with my vehicle and always treat me with respect and always go above and be on with me. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I do trust them with my vehicle to make everything is done that is suppose to be. If I had to rate Dustin and Tim along with the dealer ship it would be above 5

CarfaxRear passenger side tire losing air about 0.5 lbs per hour. Put enough air in to get to the dealership. Damage to tire was a nail in the inside sidewall. The tire had to be replaced. Previously purchased the road hazard/tire warranty (Zurich) at the time of vehicle purchase 02/2023. Service rep took care of all the paperwork and the warranty covered the cost of replacing the tire, balancing, remounting, etc.

CarfaxMy battery went dead. I called Nissan Connect and they sent a Roadside Assist truck to tow my Nissan Rogue to the Lia Nissan Dealership where the Lia technician tested the battery and determined that it had to be replaced. The replacement was covered under my warranty. So. I was a "Happy Camper".
