Never a problem over 10 years (approx). The techs are knowledgeable and helpful. I'm fussy,… but I keep going back. That says something.

I made an appointment to have my Frontier aligned after purchasing new tires. As soon as I got out of my truck at the dealership, I was greeted by service advisor Ryan Myers. He was friendly and courteous. He took my information, and told me there were refreshments in the waiting area. When my truck was ready, he explained everything that was done and showed me to the cashier. Very professional.

I am kind of new with this dealership. All of the people that I have come in contact with have been very nice and helpful. Bryan Casey has so far been the person I have dealt with the most . He has not pressured me to get more work on my car than what is needed . He has been very professional in his approach to answering my questions, no matter how many times I might ask the same thing. Service tech Bryan Casey was very helpful when I brought my Rogue information service. Had some missing bolts in roof rack. He followed up with me that parts needed to be order and would contact me when they came in and would schedule appointment.
