The gentlemen who called me on the phone was pleasant, but my budget was $15k when I told him this, the call ended within 30 seconds later. They dont cater to buyers who aren't spending 20k or more. Had I wanted to spend more im sure they would have found the right car.

Don't like being lied to don't like when your service guy says what they did to the car and only one thing was done they had failed it for no reason. Not thinking that NYS inspection wouldn't be available for ppl online lol is that why you guys removed it off your wall ? Other then that my car wasn't washed nor was it detailed lol came in dirty left dirty again don't like liars.not only did your service guys not wash my car or detail lol but when u didn't fail the inspection at all u didn't charge us at all by law u supposed to. trying to convince us it failed inspection but it didn't but my word it passed with another dealership. My Vehicle was not serviced now I need an oil change but won't be back there for it .Not maintenance inspection boy they really are liars. Makes u wonder how may other folks they screwed over wow. They included the $21 but weather u pass or fail they have to by law you are supposed to pay the $21 they didn't fail cause they can't there was nothing wrong they just wanted us to pay them the money for tires hey if they want tires that bad on my car that btw don't need yet by all means Lia can pay for it. SO MORAL OF THIS STORY IS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS ESPECIALLY PJ. Sad because under a month we was told tires were good everything was great and few weeks later everything went from great to bad!! Doesn't make sense at all then we take it to another dealership and surprisingly it it passed everything. Tires not needed yet. So sad cause I loved the guys from the sales team Caden too but when u have a bad experience with one guy it's not a good look on the entire dealership. Not a great look either calling us so plz don't call us again. Unless it's the manager himself.

The sales guy was helpful. The finance guy was pushy and really wanted us to buy a full certification. The certification was about $4k extra and only extended the mileage covered by 20k miles. After multiple times declining the certification, the customer service really dropped off. The truck was preowned and had been a smokers vehicle. The truck had barely been cleaned and the used smoke smell was still there after we were promised multiple times it had been taken care of.

We love our truck! Some important items weren't explained to us thoroughly and we were there a very, very long time. Our address on our registration was incorrect, we had to return to have the truck completely detailed and the only thing we got was a full tank of gas, which really was 3/4 of a tank. We got some swag the day we returned, but only because I suggested it. Purchasing a new/used vehicle should be a good experience, but they kind of sucked the fun out of it try to "make the sale"!!!

Could not figure out how to install a tonneau cover for over 1 hour. Cut the plastic bed rail cover in the wrong place on one side and too high on the other. Jammed the cover on somehow that I cannot open or remove it. They are putting a new bed rail cover on but I must go back and hope they can figure out the cover. If they can't figure that out .......

Friendly, helpful and efficient service. The recently redesigned facility provides a pleasant environment in which customers can relax. My one negative observation is that the newly redesigned doorways through which you drive your vehicle in for service are unnecessarily narrow. It seems like such an obvious design flaw. That is my primary reason for not giving 5 stars.
