What really stood out to me was how not pushy he was — something that’s so rare and refreshing when buying a car. I never felt pressured or rushed; instead, Zach made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. It truly felt like he had my best interests in mind the whole time. If you’re looking for a car and want to work with someone who’s professional, responsive, and honest, I can’t recommend Zach at Lia Nissan enough. FacebookI just bought a SUV their and the people there are great to work with and they really try to help you out. The salesman who helped me out was Sam and he was so great to us and helped us out all he could that is in his control. The business manager was also very help full. Sam was able to get the dealership to hold the car for me for a week when I put a $1000 down because of my special circumstances.

FacebookMy husband and I were trying to purchase our lease early so we could get a very low interest loan. The financial director did not give us the info we needed to get our loan. When we contacted the manager, Chris, he apologized, and said he would get the info for us. He didn’t send us the info as promised and did not return our calls. My husband is having a heart bypass operation so I had no more energy to put into this. I am complaining to the corporate office. I would recommend to never deal with this dealership. Shame on them.

FacebookI went there to purchase my lease took all the information waited three-and-a-half weeks and when the bank called me to tell me that I needed the paperwork in by Saturday I texted the dealership and was told that they could not do it I have to go to the dealer that I purchased the car from. which was fine I know they were making any money off of me however I lost my good interest rate because no one bothered to get back to me I had to text and find out that they weren't going to do it. poor customer relations

My sales rep Brian went above and beyond right from our first phone conversation to the day I picked up my new vehicle. He listened to what I wanted in my vehicle and he made it happen. He gave us very straightforward information even knowing that Nissan was our first stop on our adventure of looking for our next vehicle. After visiting many other dealerships we returned to Nissan because of the amazing experience we had right from the start. Steven worked with us from day one and a few days later we drove away with our 2017 Nissan Rogue SV AWD. Very happy customers.

The dealership is huge with lots to choose from! It's also kid friendly with an entire section dedicated to kids which was extremely helpful! Plus snacks and drinks!! I will most definitely recommend Lia Nissan of Saratoga to any and everyone! I came in on a Sunday and told them what I had in mind and they immediately got to work and I was able to pick up my new Pathfinder that following Wednesday! FacebookI am a returning customer of Lia Nissan Saratoga. I had a 2014 Altima that I loved! My first brand new car, and it treated me well. I leased it, so naturally I decided to look around months before my term ended. I didn't want to look at any other car but Nissan. The quality of my Altima was enough for me to consider another. Steven Laffer, was my salesmen and I'm very much pleased with his overall performance. We looked at several Altimas, prices, and test drives to figure out what I liked best. I saw a beautiful blacked out Sentra and fell in love. I wasn't for the Sentra models at first, but I test drove it and loved it! Steven fit my budget and made me comfortable, both times I sat with him. I am recommending Lia Nissan of Saratoga to everyone. I couldn't be more pleased with the Lia staff and my Sentra. Also, Nate Gagnon, the business manager, contacted me about a lower interest rate a day or two after taking home the vehicle. They are all truely exceptional! Thank you!
