Hannah is the best advisor I have ever worked with. I know when I walk through those doors every single time that I will be taken care of. Hannah always communicates and lets me know what's going on and keep me updated daily when my jeep is in the shop. Probably would have sold my jeep a long time ago if it wasn't for the wonderful experience I have working with her! Best service advisor ever. If my opinion matters I think she deserves a big fat raise!

Hannah and Juan have turned the service department into a joke. I can no longer bring in my “customer-supplied” parts. Not even for an oil change. They blatantly refused to do my business because I brought my own supplies for an oil change. This has never been a problem up until this month. I have my oil changed once a month on my Ram because I travel frequently for work, meaning I see the service department much more than most customers. This visit was an absolute joke because of how unprofessional Hannah was about their “change of policy”. She told me that she reason they no longer use customer-supplied parts is because “the dealership doesn’t make any money that way”. I will NEVER give my business to this dealership again, in any capacity, until the service manager Juan and service writer Hannah have been replaced. Employees Worked With: Hannah, Juan Flores

Appt. for 0730 and truck not moved into service bay until 0800. Scheduled a tire rotation but it wasnt completed because no heavy duty racks were available. This is my third oil change with this truck at this dealership. The first in January 2023 was $170. The second in April 2023 was $150. I also had one completed in at a Ram dealership Ohio in October 2023 for $136. THESE ALL INCLUDED TIRE ROTATIONS. I was beyond shocked when my latest visit to this stealership cost $184 WITHOUT A TIRE ROTATION. Service manager blamed the cost of oil ($17/qt.), but Ive found Pennzoil 0W40 synthetic oil at many locations for $45/case so that is obviously BS.

I don't typically like dealing with dealership salesman because of all the crap some like to put you through. But I have to say I would come back to Greg at Crowns in Chattanooga anytime! He was the most personable guy and you could tell he really wanted to make sure you found what you wanted and were happy with your purchase. They did have some internet issues and it took a little longer than normal because we had to go to another store to fill out the paperwork. But they made it easy, had plenty of refreshments and it gave me the opportunity to really test drive our new truck. Overall it was a smooth transaction and I was happy with how everything turned out. Awesome dealership, awesome staff and we'll definitely let our friends and family know that if they are in the Chattanooga area that they need to stop at Crowns!
