EdmundsHannah Wilson is the one who took care of my visit. I was here for a recall fix on my Jeep. She had all the information and kept in touch with me while they did the work. It took a little more than a day to complete. Hannah kept in touch and called to let me know that it was finished. Overall a good call.

EdmundsCaleb was a very personal service representative. He made sure to welcome me and my wife into the dealership and made sure we were comfortable for the duration of our wait. Caleb updated me throughout the service appointment to let me know the status of the service. Overall the service was fairly priced and Caleb's personal service made us feel valued as a customer. By the time I left the dealership I felt that Caleb was a friend. I also want to comment that the woman, I cannot remember her name smiled during the entire service. I remember looking into the service area, seeing her and thinking to myself "there's is a woman who loves what she does". EdmundsHannah Wilson put us into a newer loaner vehicle since the repairs were estimated to take 4-5 days. The cost for service was high but Hannah was able to get the repairs done under warranty and applied a discount from the Ram website to help a little with the service that was needed. Done on time which was of less concern since we had the loaner vehicle.

Edmunds1.5 Hours for a 5-Star Deal Honestly, the experience at Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Cleveland was way better than I expected. We had a deal worked out with another dealer, but that fell through because of issues with the vehicle. I called and got Joshua Blackburn… on the phone, explained what happened, and sent him the numbers. Not only did he meet them, he beat them! On the test drive, we noticed some issues with the tires (just from the car sitting), and Joshua immediately said he’d make it right if the problems didn’t resolve in the first few weeks. That kind of honesty and follow-through goes a long way. I’d 100% recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a CDJR vehicle. Totally worth the 1.5-hour drive for us.

After we did paperwork the payment just wasnt where I could be happy with it so we was gonna leave and go to another lot but he asked me to wait and was gonna see if he could get the numbers for our trade In raised some to help get payments down if we could make deal today I said we will if he could. Well he did and we left with a new jeep. Will definitely do business with. them again when ready. I highly recommend this location to buy your next vehicle from.

Within 1 day he had everything done via electronic communication, brought the van to our home for test drive and evaluated our trade in. He was very professional and patient. Within a few hours we were signing final paperwork and driving our new Pacifica. We are very pleased with our experience. Staff was great. Give Daniel Kerr a call you wont regret it.

EdmundsBad servive I took my 2008 jeep wrangler in for a check engine light.Crown said it was a bad catalytic converter although it was only 2 months old.Said it was $3500.00 to fix.I then took it to a muffler shop they said there is nothing wrong with the converters just a bad o2 sensor fixed my problems for $98.00.Why would anybody go to this place just run.

This is the best service dept I have ever been to and I am 72 and have used many dealerships in my life time!!! I would recommend this dealer no matter how far you have to drive!!! Thanks Crown RAM. My RAM 2500 is doing great!! This dealership got me back on the road as we were traveling from Gatlinburg to Birmingham, Alabama. What a FREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
