FacebookSales great- any follow ups phone calls answered whether service dept or sales after the fact, management, terrible. Messed up my jeep bc they decided to wash with a garage broom- had the coating put on it-twice bc it got messed up- fenders scratched- inside with spots- new management let same guy redo it- still looks awful. Called service for two weeks straight- no return or follow up calls-called CEO in Tampa-twice- no return call. Video, texts, and more of bad service to include the new GM making some very distasteful comments to the point of my husband calling him out-highly suggest anyone wanting a Jeep to go to ringgold or elsewhere for service and purchasing- apparently everyone’s a number here and not taking calls from anyone bc they’re too busy on their cells and walking around outside..

FacebookI bought a used VW a few weeks ago, I absolutely love the vehicle I purchased. the experience at the dealership was wonderful, The salesman Jacob Buckner had awesome customer service, very polite, respectful, and seemed to have absolutely no issues helping with any questions or concerns. Also gave my Dodge fan dad a Ram hat haha. Everyone else we talked to was also very polite and respectful with great customer service(I'm sorry I don't remember the names!) Today, I was thinking about changing my wheels and noticed I have wheel-locks but no key. I called and explained, with no hesitation they were ready to help. I am now going to get the key or locks removed and they are reimbursing me for it. Couldn't be more happy with the experience of purchasing my first car!!

FacebookI am not one to typically leave negative reviews. However, I want my experience to help others considering working with the service department here. I genuinely have nothing positive to say of my experience (which lasted for weeks). Their customer service is almost nonexistent, especially with the service manager. It felt impossible to get any communication with anyone. I am not going to get into all the details, because after reading all the other reviews, they just reply with excuses. Long story short, the service was so bad I chose to delay getting my vehicle fixed by picking it up from Crown and taking it somewhere else. The new shop I took it to then had to deal with fixing mistakes Crown made, which put the process behind even more. Don’t waste your time with the service department here. I wish I had pulled up these reviews before ever taking my vehicle to them.

FacebookGreat Experience I worked with Chase Perry @ www.crownchryslerdodgejeep.com on my purchase. Chase was extremely patient, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. He was quick to answer all my questions and helped by sending extra photos of the vehicle. Everything was done online and text, and he arranged delivery without hesitation. This vehicle purchasing experience from Chase couldn't have been better.
