Initially, I was told that the recall service on my Carnival would take most of the day. They offered me a free shuttle ride home. I did not know about the shuttle service. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was done early.

My 2026 Kia Sportage PHEV plug-in hybrid X line prestige model is only 3 1/2 months old. It's been in the shop now eight times all with battery issues. I had to contact the CEO and the quality assurance director of Kia to get the battery replaced. They paid for a new PHEV battery and then Crown Kia gave me the car back saying it was in perfect condition. Battery was perfect. Well, I had to have it in the shop within 12 hours because check engine light came on coolant light came on. AC stopped working cooling seats stopped working, Crown Kia, of Pinellas Park,, St. Petersburg, Florida forgot to put coolant in two reservoirs and then they kept it for 12 days then I pick the car up. They said it was in perfect condition. All is well. I had to have the car towed by Kia towing within 48 hours of picking the vehicle up due to check engine light came on coolant light came on and the Diagnostics light came on. I opened the hood. There's still no coolant in the reservoir so now the vehicle is at Crown Kia on 19 in Pinellas Park, Florida. So I have been without a vehicle for close to 50 days and the car has been in the shop. This will make the 8th invoice. And I just purchased the car February 14, 2026 and it now is only July 11, 2026. The service manager at Crown Kia a Pinellas Park, Florida even tried to bribe me.

After a sour initial experience the team at Crown Kia pulled it all together for me in the end and really went above and beyond when they didn't have to. It goes to show that they care about their customers and everyone isn't just a number.

It was an express service, an oil change and tire rotation. I was told when I checked in that it would take an hour and a half. After 2 and 1/2 hours, i checked on the progress and was told it would be 10 more minutes. I'm sure it would have been longer had I not gone to check on it.

Staff was very professional and kind. Didn't cost me anything since my car is under way and they went above and beyond renting a vehicle.

you guys were more interested in selling me a warranty or a new car than helping me repair my car. As far as i could tell they never actually DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM!!

This was my second time at this dealership. One of the service persons went home sick. I ended up waiting over 2 hours. This is not the norm.

When I arrived there they took me right in asked me what I was having done I told them. They kept me abreast everything that was going on and how long it would take. I waited for my car did not take that long they actually washed it when I received it all the work was done except for waiting for a part.

The folks at Crown Kia service department know what the heck they are doing!! I have owned cars for almost 50 years and this place four exceeded my expectations. The people there are outstanding their customer friendly and service is second to none. I highly recommend this place for all your car service needs.

Crown Kia was kind enough to check out what Choice Automotive had destroyed. Crown alerted us that now since Choice had worked on my A/C multiple times, my compressor was ruined. My car had to be totaled.

Very professional and friendly service. Time estimates for service were accurate. The large, clean waiting room had free bottled water, coffee and snacks. There is a large internal window to watch your car being serviced. They give a free optional car wash and front floor mat vacuum with all service work.

We were charged a diagnostic fee although the check engine light was on due to a recall that was fixed at the dealership. Once the recall was completed the check engine light went out. When we arrived to pick up my vehicle we paid additional out of pocket expenses to hire a tow truck because we were under the impression that the car was still only going 20 miles per hour, as was the case when the car was dropped off for recall repairs. We were handed the keys and not notified that the car was fully operable and did not require a tow truck at all. We were also never notified that the turn signal bulb which was out on the passenger side was not repaired, and never even mentioned on any of the paperwork we received when we picked the vehicle up.
