I had to pay $150 to find out what I already new. Code P0128 Thermostat. I did not mind as that amount would not be charged if I get the service done. Was driven home and got a call from Crown Kia estimate for the replacement of the Thermostat. $688.27 Labor and $66.33 part, Total $864.95. I said no and paid the fee and went to repair shop near Crown. Estimate $228 plus tax. I agreed to also getting Coolant flush of whole system and new coolant. Total at new shop with all fees and taxes $385.20 I live 1/2 mile from Crown. Be nice to your neighbors.

I didn't get a greeting when I came in and had to wait for a good two minutes before any of the 4 Salesman spoke to me. Rude. And the one guy did didn't even say hello just ask what did I want. And I didn't get what I asked for.

From start to finish, Crown Kia did a great job. My little 2016 Kia Soul is getting old but you treated us with all the respect you'd give a top of the line vehicle. The service staff was extremely professional with great communication and scheduling and follow up. Service Consultant Michael Stephenson was professional, courteous and caring.The facility appeared clean and welcoming. I felt the cost was reasonable. I will be back if repairs are needed and will certainly consider Crown Kia for my next vehicle purchase. Thank you so much!

Second time bringing the vehicle for they to check the battery, my car even start without being jumped. So they finally told me is the battery BUT I'm driving my car with my digital screen. Looks like they don't know what is going on because the screen just gone when I'm driving. Very disappointed with my vehicle and the services for not fix or find out the issue.

My 2026 Kia Sportage PHEV plug-in hybrid X line prestige model is only 3 1/2 months old. It's been in the shop now eight times all with battery issues. I had to contact the CEO and the quality assurance director of Kia to get the battery replaced. They paid for a new PHEV battery and then Crown Kia gave me the car back saying it was in perfect condition. Battery was perfect. Well, I had to have it in the shop within 12 hours because check engine light came on coolant light came on. AC stopped working cooling seats stopped working, Crown Kia, of Pinellas Park,, St. Petersburg, Florida forgot to put coolant in two reservoirs and then they kept it for 12 days then I pick the car up. They said it was in perfect condition. All is well. I had to have the car towed by Kia towing within 48 hours of picking the vehicle up due to check engine light came on coolant light came on and the Diagnostics light came on. I opened the hood. There's still no coolant in the reservoir so now the vehicle is at Crown Kia on 19 in Pinellas Park, Florida. So I have been without a vehicle for close to 50 days and the car has been in the shop. This will make the 8th invoice. And I just purchased the car February 14, 2026 and it now is only July 11, 2026. The service manager at Crown Kia a Pinellas Park, Florida even tried to bribe me.

It was an express service, an oil change and tire rotation. I was told when I checked in that it would take an hour and a half. After 2 and 1/2 hours, i checked on the progress and was told it would be 10 more minutes. I'm sure it would have been longer had I not gone to check on it.
