Currently quite disappointed with this location. Had service on it 3 weeks ago for oil and tire rotation. Car started making noises driving thought it was a nail in the tire. Realized lug nuts were not all tightened properly after we had a mechanic look at it. So scary as my teenage daughter drives that car!!! My husband left a message to get a call back and nothing. This is so sad because we thought the service would be better at this location based on reviews. Completely discouraged

I’ve been bringing my car to Kia service since my purchase in 2/2021. Recently, I had an issue but did not have an appointment. I’ve had the same advisor Tomm Burkart for the past year… when I stopped in Tomm instantly acknowledged me, and said he would be right with me. When he asked me to step forward he mentioned me by name, which I find amazing given how many folks he deals with on a daily basis… I indicated I did not have an appointment but he asked I needed and I explained the issue. He then went with me to my car advised me what was needed which was fairly simple and resolved the issue on the spot. Tomm is amazing and when you call in for service ask for Tomm. He is extremely knowledgeable, offers recommendations on what is needed but by no means is high pressure. I’ve come to trust Tomm if he says I need something then I must.. Great service once again Tomm… thank you

Tomm Burkart is absolutely amazing. He is my go-to service rep at Kia. He always ensures I am taken care of, has great communication, and really listens. I’ve had a couple of minor items that needed to be addressed and he always had a solution. He not only is amazing at his job, but he’s also just a great person all around and I always appreciate talking to him whenever I’m in. I cannot recommend working with Tomm enough!

What an effort to do a lease buyout with these clowns. First visit to handle for my aged mom, I was sent away to get original contract. Second time trying to get a quote I was sent out telling me to bring my elderly mother in. Today I brought my elderly mother in and I was sent away because I didn’t make an appt. I worked in another Crown dealership for six years and I know what it takes to buyout a lease. These guys are just not up to the task. So, I called Lokey Kia and it was handled right away. I’m actually in shock at the unprofessionalism of a company I proudly worked for six years.

We purchased a 2024 KIA Nero for our daughter to replace a 13-year-old Honda Pilot. The experience at Crown Kia was fantastic, and we returned to purchase this car from Hazon Thomas even though Hazon and Crown Kia are not local for us. So far, we're getting 49.9 MPG. Next car purchase will be from Hazon and this dealership.

We just returned from purchasing a 2019 Buick Cascada from Crown Cars. Ashlee Richardson was beyond incredible in making this sale happen. My husband and I came down from Asheville, NC to pick the car up and drove it back home the same day. I can assure you that if you plan to purchase from this dealership, you must ask for Ashlee to be your salesperson. She takes care of you as if you were her best friend, and by the time we got done with this deal, I feel that we are!! She even wanted to know that we made it home from our 12 hour drive safely regardless of the time at night we arrived. That is dedication!!!😍
