I went to have my first oil change for my 2025 Kia Telluride the other day at Crown Kia St. Petersburg. I had the pleasure working with Service Advisor Tomm Burkhart. He explained everything to me and did not push any other services. I really like the approach they take at Crown Kia. They are never in a hurry to get you in and out. I would also say that the turn around time was surprisingly quick. What a different experience working with Crown Kia Service Department as to other dealerships I have had to deal with in the past. I think other dealerships could take a few lessons on what it means to have exceptional customer care. I am glad that I bought my Telluride from such great dealership.

Anthony from the service department was amazing. I actually switched to this location from another one of the Kia dealership locally because I was unimpressed with their customer service. When I shared this with Anthony, he basically asked me “what did you not like about the dealership and how can we be different?” I shared with him that I was unhappy with the amount of time that the previous dealership had my car and he made it a point to get my car done early. He was personable, friendly and honest. 10/10 recommend this dealership for services and especially Anthony!

I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from Beau Price at Crown Kia. From the very beginning, he was professional, courteous, patient, and genuinely caring. At no point did I ever feel pressured or pushed toward a vehicle simply because it happened to be sitting on the lot. Instead, he took the time to understand exactly what my family and I were looking for. He answered every question thoroughly, remained responsive throughout the process, and worked tirelessly to try to locate the right SUV that met our specific requirements. What impressed me most was the level of personal attention and dedication he provided. I have dealt with many people in the retail and automotive industries over the years, and very few have demonstrated this level of customer service. He made what can often be a stressful car-buying experience feel relaxed and comfortable because I knew he was genuinely working on our behalf and doing everything possible to find the perfect vehicle for our family. His professionalism, patience, honesty, and commitment to his customers are exceptional. Even when things did not necessarily go as originally planned, his attitude and willingness to help never changed. Beau was amazing. I came in about a month and a half before I was ready to purchase a vehicle. He was not pushy at all and was very understanding of the situation I was in. I left feeling relieved at how easy the process of test driving a car was. Once I was ready to purchase, I initially went to a different dealership where I was treated very poorly. I have been working with Crown Kia before the new location and on I’m my second Kia vehicle at this point. I throughly enjoy working with Michael each time. He is always helpful in explaining what services are needed and why, he also helps me identify what may need to be serviced based off what I’m experiencing. He provides all around great service each time. They do have dealership prices but I do like that they have payment options to help with those unexpected pricey repairs.
