But Nawbed and Justin worked well with us and was able to help us get to where we needed to be. Great energy also and made us feel like they were in it with us the whole time. The process was easy and straight forward and despite initial setbacks left happy with our 2025 Acura purchase. These people have little to no urgency when trying to help you. I bought a used car off of them and it was not only a lemon but sitting on the lot without the capabilities to use all of my windows. They made the car buying process so much more difficult than it needed to be. It was about a week before I finally decided I didn’t want it after I had to reach out to them multiple times trying to find information about my car.
