Words cannot describe how grateful I am to the team at Crown Kia and Mitsubishi. I was rear ended a few weeks prior and my car was totaled not to say how stressful its been with insurance and dealer and all the running around just to get all the papers you need. I didn't have much cash to work with since I was under emergency times and I reached out to Chris Jensen to see what he could do for me. I had been to other dealers and was getting a bunch of issues or asked for a ridiculous amount of down that many people in my position simply would not have. He and the guys worked for days trying to get a deal approved for me that could fit within my budget and at the end of it I was able to get into a brand new 2018 KIA Forte. I have never seen a group work so hard for a customer and be so understanding of what their needs are. I had to keep the rental days after insurance had stopped paying for it and had it not been for Chris and the team I eventually would have lost my job and everything I have worked so hard to build. This is my go to dealership from now on out and recommend to anyone. They are very honest and upfront with you and that alone makes the process so much easier because you will know from the beginning what the options are!

Josh was the "Booya" regarding helping us get a new car after ours was damaged in a car accident. He was knowledgeable and engaging. He even stayed after hours to assist us as we figured out what kind/color of car we wanted. A special call out to Vinny, the GM. He bent over backwards to help us get into the car of our dreams. The finance guy, Wayne, was thorough with all the details involved in the paperwork/financing.

I cannot say enough good things about my car buying experience with salesman Justin Erickson at Crown Kia. Justin treated me with respect and answered all my questions about the two vehicles I test drove. He never put any pressure on me and explained my options as far as buying vs leasing. The finance manager stayed late to get me taken care of and was very personable and helpful. Justin took the time to explain everything about the car's features and set up my Bluetooth. I left with a beautiful 2016 Optima and felt very satisfied with the deal.

Zoranco Kirovski was my sales person and it was a great pleasure working with him when purchasing my new car. He answered all of my questions and address all concerns. He is very good at his position. one of the great things that he did was not to pressure me, he knew I was going to Chrysler as well but let me know that he would be available when I decided which van that I wanted. When I told him what I was looking for, he had one in stock. Then I found out that this is the last year for the town & country and was not impressed at all with the replacement car. I love my kia. If you are looking for a sales person that will walk you through each step look or ask for Justin Erickson. I recently purchased a Kia Soul from Crown Kia. My sales person, Zoranco Kirovski was very helpful and patient in helping me make a decision. He took time with me and is available every time I have a question with my new Soul. I love my car and the way it handles. I've only had it for a little less then a month and noted that I'm getting 25.5 MPG on average for city driving.
