I was especially impressed with my experience here. From the front desk to the back sales office everyone made me feel like a human, not a target or their next victim. I felt that they were looking for a mutually beneficial solution. We did have some issues with our purchase, it took longer than we anticipated for the vehicle to be delivered and the plates took a while to arrive. I will say that I wish that we had been better informed about the status/progress. But that is the only fault that I can recount in the experience. I have already recommended people to visit here and will likely continue to do so.

Great experience via the internet. We live 3.5 hours away. We recieved a great trade in quote, and the purchase of a 2024 Honda crv-exl. Was seamless. All through the Internet. Just dorp off our trade, and sign and leave. Great people, the service department fulfilled what was promised. Even if it's 3.5 hours away. Love the Car and the overall experience was a breeze!

This was one of my best car buying/leasing experiences. The salesperson Fabricio was proactive, responsive, and helpful. The deal was pre-negotiated over a series of texts and calls, but I never had to wait long for his replies. He arranged to have me in and out of the dealership doing the paperwork in less than an hour! The dealership itself was clean and efficient. DJ, the manager with whom I did the paperwork was helpful as well. Highly recommended.

Worst. Honda Service Department in the county. Discrimination is something that will happen at LIA Honda if you did not buy your Honda here. They will not take the time to listen to you. They only want the money. They don’t care about the customer or their safety. At the end of the day, if they can’t make money off you, they will not make an appointment for you and they will make sure no one is available to fix your car and they will tell you that they don’t have the part. Then they will make you pay up front costs that don’t even exist.

I had my car serviced today at the dealership. It took 2 and one half hours to get an oil change and inspection. I had to wait over an hour to get the bill to pay, was told after I asked what is taking so long they said the printer is broken. They made me wait another 45 minutes and when I asked for the manager she had a lousy attitude and theaten to call the police if I left without paying the bill. I said I want to pay the bill but want a copy and they were annoyed with me for complaining. Lousy customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I came in today to service my 2020 HR-V and he approached me asking if I wanted to upgrade it to a newer model, I said I’d like to hear my options and he explained line by line about how that would work and got me a great deal.
