Bought a 2026 honda civic. I was told the servicing at 6-month intervals was included in the agreed upon monthly payment. I drop off my rental, and wouldn't ya know, it is not included once I am back in the finance office to close the deal. Now paying more per month. The sales rep Thezamy was rude during this experience after not being upfront about this aspect of the deal. I would also agree with other comments that the sales team is pushier here than other dealerships. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Went in for a repair on my LED lights and was given the run around to check in my vehicle. Then I was told that I had to find out on my own from the dealer where I purchased my Honda from, what kind of Honda warranty I had in order to fix my LED light. Aren't they suppose to inquire about that for me? SEEMS LIKE THEY DIDN'T CARE BECAUSE MY CAR INITILALLY WASN'T PURCHASED FROM THEM! I only gave it 1 star because the young lady noticed that I was getting the run around and helped me when I alerted her of the additude that I was introduced with!

I always have a positive experience when I take my 2019 CRV in for service. I'm happy when Kole Verner is my service rep. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an upbeat demeanor. Kole always goes above and beyond when I have questions and even when I am not onsite; he relays requested information in a timely fashion. Kole keeps me informed of what I need to do for my CRV (100k mi) presently and what needs to be done coming up. So I don't ever feel like a repair is a surprise. I feel confident that my car is up to date and when I drive to Branford weekly, it never even crosses my mind that I could have a car trouble. Thanks - Kole!

Really the most negative car buying experience I’ve ever had, and has the absolute worst service department. Dept never calls back, can be rude, can never seem to answer my question when it comes to my car or warranty (purchased through them), and can never seem to figure out whats wrong with my cars when I bring them in. I can’t believe this dealership is still in business tbh. Save yourself a headache and find a different Honda dealership.

I’ve been purchasing Honda’s for 30 years. I have shopped dealers in my home state of CT. I used Honda’s website in search of my new vehicle. Lia Honda in Brewster was the first response. I was skeptical at first as I was not sure how the process worked in purchasing a car in another state. I pursued local dealers however the other 3 did not listen to what I required. I requested a black HR-V. 2027. All of the others were pushing white. My previous 2020 HR-V was white. I made it quite clear I wanted black. Madison Nieves at Lia listened to my request and gave me options as to what they could offer. She worked with me regarding my budget and offered me a 2026 Black and a better trim level. We quickly came to an agreement and she turned over the process to Brian Galper. He was equally as accommodating and a pleasure to work with. He explained the registration process, reviewed the sale and made my wife and I very comfortable with the whole experience. And a special shout out to Brian, he made sure he spoke directly to me and my wife. We have walked away from dealerships that have ignored one of us. Dave Jablesnik, the finance manager was equally as attentive. He did not try to push additional products or services. Very professional. In closing, Lia Honda is 55 minutes from our home. Definitely worth the trip!
