Great experience via the internet. We live 3.5 hours away. We recieved a great trade in quote, and the purchase of a 2024 Honda crv-exl. Was seamless. All through the Internet. Just dorp off our trade, and sign and leave. Great people, the service department fulfilled what was promised. Even if it's 3.5 hours away. Love the Car and the overall experience was a breeze!

Recently purchased a 2020 Honda from Lia Honda. After driving the car approx. 1,000 miles, I felt there was an odd noise upon braking. Took the car to the service center and explained my concerns. The car was looked at and the problem fixed at no charge. The service area was bright and airy and the personnel was courteous and attentive. Three cheers to the service department.

I get my service done at Lia Honda exclusively. I have a 2018 Honda pilot touring edition. I've been getting a lot of postcards in the mail and email saying that there's a very dangerous recall on my car. I asked about it because I was in for my oil change. I was told that I couldn't have the recall because they didn't have the part and that it would only be replaced if I were to break down. That does not seem right. If I have a dangerous recall, and you have my car in for service anyway, it should be repaired. That was pretty frustrating. I would rather be proactive and have the recall fixed before I break down. I'm a mother of three and I can't afford to be broken down. This is very backwards. I don't imagine I'm going to hear from you because the last time I had my oil changed, they left a giant extension wrench in my engine. I wrote about it and nobody ever called me so I don't think anybody's really reading these reviews. Thank you.

The recall was taken care of in a timely manner. My low tire light was on and they said that they checked the tires and reset the warning light, but two days later it went back on. Frustrating!

Our experience was not a good one. The salesman was not upfront and honest with us when we were told our car would be available in a few days, it took a month!!! When picking up the car we had a 5 o'clock appointment which was pushed back an hour and then we stood there waiting for 45 minutes to get in with the finance manager. The salesman was also very dismissive when we asked questions about the car. They only cared about the sale and not us. We won't be going back there again.
