5 years ago I bought my first Honda HRv from Barry Weiss at Lia Honda. I was so impressed with the professionalism from Barry, Irene, and all the staff at Lia that when I needed a newer HRv I went back to Barry and Lia and they all remembered me! Again I received premiere service from Barry and his staff, and a beautiful car. Mind you I drove from Monroe, NY to Brewster, NY for this car and care Again thank you all at Lia!

Always bring my Honda crv to Lia Honda, staff is always pleasant and accommodating. This particular visit, Chris my service advisor was knowledgeable and got me out in decent time and shape, I went for an oil change and was told the previous time I was there I might need new tires, and I did need them. Just in time because the next day I was taking a road trip and Id rather be safe than sorry. Thank you Lia Honda and Chris!

I walked into Lia Honda on a Sunday afternoon while out hiking hoping to find a particular color in a Honda CRV touring edition 2021 or 2022. The people working here are very friendly and helpful, Irene who handles internet sales greeted me when I arrived and quickly introduced me to Jorge Campozano my salesman. After telling Jorge the specific car I was looking for he said he had just gotten a car in less than a week earlier and he proceeded to go find this car on their lot. I was so pleased and surprised they had exactly what I had been looking for. I didnt even have my drivers license since I was a few miles away from my car so we did a test drive around the parking lot and I loved the car. I put a deposit on it that day. My husband who is a mechanic went by the dealership the next day and he also liked the car very much. He spoke with Jorge and Todd who is the general manager of this dealership and discussed the trade in value of my older CRV and financing and came to an agreement that we felt was a very fair deal. Finally my husband and I returned to Lia Honda on Tuesday afternoon with a bank check in hand to purchase the car. We met with Chris Corbett the finance manager who is also super helpful and friendly. He went over everything in detail regarding payments and even going with the extended warranty was able to keep within my budget. Our experience with Lia Honda was wonderful in all aspects. I would highly recommend this dealerships to my friends and family!!

Be very careful when reviewing finance paperwork While the salesman was great, the dealership added extra packages (such as ceramic) to my purchase without even telling me. These were products I did not want yet if they practically forced them down my throat. Fortunately, I noticed these… while signing and had it removed but it left a very sour taste in my mouth making it very difficult to recommend this dealership.

I was in for a major tuneup at 81,000 miles. Lia Honda kept my car for one day but did all the required services and the car runs like its brand new again. Chris Grasso was my service advisor. He helped get me through the day staying in touch with me and letting me know how things were going throughout the day When the car was done. They provided a free car wash!!! as for the price parts and labor are expensive these days, but I was able to use a coupon and get 20% off which helped greatly. Ive been coming to Brewster Honda for 32 years since 1993. and have bought many cars from them. They are really a great place. Ive never had any major problems over the years. They are a good dealership thank you.
