It does not get any better than buying a car from Claude Rabbath. After getting word that my car was being declared a total loss as a result of a head-on collision, I phoned Claude and let him know my situation. Literally within minutes, I had a quote. No hassle, no upselling, no games and no haggling, just a very reasonable proposal delivered to my inbox. That alone justified a five-star rating but it got even better. When I arrived at the dealership, he had selected the perfect GLE 350 and had it off the lot and ready for my test drive and consideration. How did he know, it was perfect for me? He then responded promptly, patiently and professionally to my questions about the purchase, assisted with the necessary paperwork, made suggestions for how to manage my transfer and acquisition costs, connected the software, tagged the vehicle, introduced me to my service writer and then proudly ushered me to my new car. I do not typically enjoy the process of buying a car but Claude is not your typical dealer representative. He is a kind, gentle and helpful man and a true professional. He represents the best in the business.

Inconsistent, little to no follow-up, and unfortunately, I just can’t recommend this dealership. I was sold a warranty that I never got the opportunity to use. I can accept that part, but what I can’t understand is how no one in service ever thought to mention that the warranty was approaching expiration. That would have been a simple courtesy, especially as a returning customer. And unfortunately, this is just one example. There always seems to be an excuse for why something was missed or why someone failed to follow up. After a while, it becomes less about one particular situation and more about the overall experience. There is honestly so much more I could say, but I’ll leave it at this: I’m just disappointed. I expected a much better experience from a Mercedes-Benz dealership.

Normally I would (and have) given this location 5 stars. However the last few services I have had left a less than desirable impression. Services are dumbed down and prices up! Floors weren't cleaned. We no longer are sent a video of services performed from the tech who handled things. Wait times are insaneeeeee. There's no service manager. All familiar faces have been moved to other dealerships. I feel for the service department. It's apparent that ownership has left them out to dry. On a positive note, Brandon was very kind and helpful. Tom with the shuttle service was incredible. Get it together, i believe in you all!

Horrible service from beginning to end. I purchased a brand new car from Mercedes Benz Tallahassee. They tore it up after the first service appointment. It never felt like a new car afterwards. They never took accountability for the huge plume of smoke behind my car after driving it off the lot after the very first service. They are dishonest and money hungry. They tried to have me pay thousands of dollars for a warranty repair on a contract I purchased from them when the car was brand new. MB USA was also problematic and unhelpful. I will never purchase another Mercedes. The quality of the car and service definitely does not live up to the name. I will not set foot at this dealership ever again EVER!!!! Zero stars.

Worst service department ever! Do not go here. Dropped my car off for an oil change last Friday. I was finally able to speak to a person days later, they didn’t even know my car was there, blamed the “computer system” said my appointment was cancelled. Waited over 24 hours for a call back. Had to physically drive there to find out what was going on. Still don’t know when my oil change will be completed. Crazy!! Worst serve department experience ever. There is one old lady named Linda that does answer phones there, but she just relays messages or you leave a voicemail and it gets returned days later.
