I recently took my 2010 mercedes E350 to get the battery checked and was greeted by service consultant Parke Stafford. I didnt have an appointment but was treated in a pleasant and courteous manner and it made me feel very comfortable. He took my car in as soon as possible and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. Mr, Stafford told me condition of the battery and also some other things that should be of concern so that i can get the full performance out of my vehicle. I will certainly be taking my car back!
