Be honest about their lack of service techs. They will keep your car for 2-3 weeks before they look at it but will not say so when you bring it in.

Purchased my 2nd Mercedes from Capital Eurocars on Saturday,September 30, 2023. Our first was a 2012 GLK 350 and kept it. It has 132,000 miles and still growing strong. My 2nd purchase is a CLA 250. Again nothing but 5 stars for Capital City Mercedes and 5 stars for Claude Rabbath. Claude guided my wife and I both times 7 years apart. Will be back for my 3rd one. Thank you Claude for your expertise in Mercedes Benz!

We’ve been doing business with Capital Eurocars for several years, working with Parke Stafford, maintaining several Mercedes SUV’s and have not had any complaints. But today, we found out what it’s like to purchase a vehicle from them. Surprising experience! Jessica Wade is knowledgeable, patient, AND ORGANIZED! Atypical for sure in sales. If you’re looking to buy, I’d highly recommend Jessica and Capital Eurocars. Great combination! Only one negative to report though. My wife and I were pre-approved with a LOW interest rate from our Credit Union. A high pressure finance guy nearly lost the whole deal due to not being able to accept NO for an answer on their financing. We left and had a sour taste in our mouths over it! We ended up coming back to buy with a fair warning of how much of a pill I would be if a second attempt was made to force feed me financing… it was heeded….back to the positive. We left feeling great thanks to Jessica! As long as she’s in sales, she’ll always have a customer!

Most people would never believe the story it took for me to purchase my truck. But Jessica Wade went above and beyond to help get our deal done. She kept me apprised of everything going on, picked me up at the airport and even called to check on me while I was in the way home. I can’t say enough about how well I was treated here by everyone!!

I was lied to about my car by Nick! And he’s lying now about the instructions he gave me. They said the ignition lock module was changed but why wasn’t the ignition changed with it, key remote was working when brought in but know it’s not , key stuck in ignition, How did you try and program the car with a dead battery. Ask them were is my lock module that came off the car , because the key and module that’s on there know can’t be corresponding together. This is how my car was brought to me. Then got $974.44

Claude Rabbath Is a Great Person and A Wonderful Guy to work with when Buying your Next Car. He goes beyond the calls of a Sales Person and Makes Buying A Car Fun Again. My service advisor Jessica Carbaugh is the star at this dealership! The level of service is next to none. She has always went above and beyond. People will not always remember what you said but they will never forget how you made them feel! You Buy the car but Marry Service! Just bought a truck from them and Kevin Commissiong was polite, courteous, and professional. He wasn’t at all your stereotypical thirsty salesman and was pleasant to be around while we waited. The dealer wasn’t overly pushy on the additional maintenance plans/warranties. Only complaint was it was quite warm in the building, but they were having a/c problems.

Jessica Wade is the only professional at Capital Eurocars. The sales managers are rude and inconsiderate of customers' time. The dealership promised me complete detail of the used truck I purchased from them. When I took the truck in on Friday to get the promised detail, the managers spent two hours going back and forth with themselves and looking for the said "detail" in their system. Not mention the craziness they put Jessica through. They did not honor the detail. I will not recommend purchasing a car from Capital Eurocars to any of my family, friends, or any organizations I am affiliated with. I have been dealing with car salespersons around this city for years. I have never witnessed so much unprofessionalism. They wasted two hours of my time and obviously could care less about repeat customers.
