Normally I would never take my car to a dealer, (2004, 110K) but after this experience I will definitely reconsider and at least get a quote for any problem. So I just needed an oil change and the mechanic and alternate shop I would usually take it too was booked into the next week. I didn't want to take off work so I saw that Capital Eurocars was open on Saturday. I called Wednesday night they had me scheduled for early Saturday morning. Parke Stafford was extremely helpful and professional. (Give this guy a raise) I explained in addition to the oil change I needed a marker light changed and that I already had the bulb... that was no problem. I also had an issue with the interior hood release lever and cable. Now I realized this problem when I was out of town Christmas/New Years week so I called Mercedes Benz South Orlando and explained I didn't think my hood release was broken just off the cable they said it could be around $1000 so I refused to let them even look at it based off the tone of the conversation. I was surprised Capital Euro didn't try to rip me off and say I needed a new interior hood release lever they reattached the cable to the lever. Anyway, they have a nice waiting lounge with snacks and beverages. I even went and looked at some of the newer Mercedes in the showroom (not that I can afford them now, but wishful future thinking) Thanks so much Capital Eurocars for a great experience, reminded me why I haven't sold this car yet and my post grad school car will more than likely be a newer Mercedes. I'm sure I'll be back.

Outstanding service and experience. I found a leak in the fuel tank, called Capital Eurocars, and spoke with Parke Stafford in the service department. He had me in first thing the following morning and had the fuel tank and system replaced that day. It really doesn't get any better than that!

I cannot say enough about the service and responsiveness I have gotten from Parke Stafford when my 2012 ML350 has needed maintenance. Because of a physical disability and being a one car family, even routine maintenance is a real hassle. But Parke has always done everything he could to make the experience a pleasant one.
