First, I found the GLE I was interested in on their website, so I called to ensure the car was still available. After a brief discussion I arrived at the Capital Eurocars and was met by Angus, Sales Mgr., who introduced Aubrey sales associate. Aubrey was great, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the GLE, especially all the electronics. They gave me a truly great price on the new GLE and more than I expected for a trade in on my 2016 GLE. Then, the Service Team prepared my new GLE in less than an hour. Before I left Aubrey demoed all the new software functionality available compared to my 2016, and we configured it for me. What a great experience. I purchased my 1st Mercedes in 1981 and have owned a Benz ever since.

Complete and professional care for my new AMG. Great report on video sent by email from the actual technician. Extremely kind and sensitive contact by service advisor Joe Trozzo. Warrenty repairs on minor recall items were performed. A salesman also was very helpful in transferring my digital registration through the manufacturer's app interface. Only item that was disappointing was the wait time and Joe kindly elevated me in the que when my time got short.

This dealership went above and beyond the expectations which we had on the repair of our Mercedes sprinter coach. I met with the two technicians which would do the repair work. The two seemed very knowledgeable and confident about the work they would perform on the following Monday. They did not disappoint. Along with the Service Representative Joe Trozzo. Okay, so I've been looking at a new vehicle for about 4 months, probably a tad longer. Wanted out of the 2022 Ford Expedition I had and wanted a reliable vehicle. When I finally found the vehicle at Tallahassee EUROCARS, I was a bit nervous of the process (WHY SEE BELOW AT TOYOTA)...so I went inside hesitant. We met Claude Rabbath. WOW!! Welcoming, non threatening, helpful. Relaxed and made me relax. Professional. NO PUSHY sales slimy tactics. Just good old HONEST information. I'm familiar with Mercedes as I've had a few over the years. He didn't judge me, he didn't look down his nose, just HELPED. THEN came the money. I expected the worst. (see Below with Toyota)... and WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!! My trade meant something! The price was REAL, no inflated add on's. JUST A FLAT OUT HONEST DEAL. We decided to purchase. The process took a bit of time, but Claude walked us through EVERYTHING...and mind you, we had no appointment. We showed up at opening as I saw the car online and didn't want it gone. SO paperwork is 90% complete and we need to chat with sales manager, YOU HERE IT COMES, the heavy hitter add ons...GREAT.... NO NO NO...never happened!! He was just welcoming...."welcome to the family! Claude take care of you?" I think my jaw hit the floor.... HUH? NOT MY PAST EXPERIENCE from across the street at Toyota a few weeks prior! So we had to go a couple doors down the road to finalize the finance paperwork as the Mercedes gal was out, so we went to Volvo and met with Janice Gibson. So Again...I thought...HERE IS THE HEAVY HITTER! WRONG! She was so pleasant and upfront and step by step, everything explained with numbers we EXPECTED and had calculated ourselves! SIMPLE PROCESS. So as we were driving off in the new Mercedes GLS580, I looked at my husband and said THAT IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE! He agreed. So to explain.... I looked at Buick, Volvo, Land Rover, Toyota, Lexus, and probably more. Kind of convinced myself to go with Toyota Land Cruiser (not the 1958) due to their warranty 20yr/200,000 mile. Was not impressed with the ride, but could deal with it. Land Cruiser was much smaller than expected and drove more tank like than semi luxury (for the price tag). So Sales guy was super, get into dealership and the BIG head honcho finance guys need to come out and shove additional stuff down your throat like it's REQUIRED. He never even introduced himself. Just set the paper down and went item by item, INCLUDING ALL these add on's like they were required. HUH? I am paying the total price AFTER my 2022 Ford Expedition ($80,000 vehicle) a tad more then the STICKER price on the Cruiser...what? I'm GIVING them my Expedition and getting a whole lot of crap I had NO interest in. I got up and walked out. 15 minutes later they are calling and texting with the REAL PRICES....($30K+ LESS!!!) They said State of Florida requires them to do it that way....HMMMMM...NOT! Stay away from TOYOTA W Tennesee Tallahassee and GO across the street to Capital Eurocars TRUST ME you CAN afford it!!! It's a totally unexpected experience! The way it SHOULD be! Stop falling for the slimeball tactics, just walk out! It's not that hard, just get up, open door and keep walking all the way across the street.

Purchased a vehicle here the day before, it was late (after 5) by the time the deal was finalized and service was closed. I had discovered a small issue and wanted it looked at. The next AM, I went to service and spoke to Brian. WOW! He was SO polite. Took care of me immediately and even took extra time to show me some more cool things with my new GLS580! Previously, I brought my vehicle in because of a park brake fault message; after the first visit the problem persisted. However, with the recent service on the park brake the issue seems to have been resolved.
