the rating is based on the events that happened to cause a full day at Crown Acura: 0900 appointment to evaluate Monitor on car that was down and blacked out and in dashboard. Was immediately informed there would be at least a 2 hour wait before the car would even be looked at. surpised me because the appointement was set about at least a week before appointment. Waited over another couple hours about 2P at home and in dealership to hear that a MMI gateway module would need to be replaced before any additional evaluations could be done. The estimate to replace was over 4 thousand dollars. I was told that the replacement may not fix the problem, but evaluation could continue after replacement. Second time I have receive an over 4 thousand dollar estimate. Both times I have said no. My daughter looked the part up on Audi and it was 855 dollars. i have decided not to buy another Audi because of high maintenance costs. I was on the road about 430P after the car was put back to its normal configuration. I would like to paste the quote. they listed the parts as 2910.96, labor as 855.00 county tax as 37.66, state tax as 225.00. to total 4029.58. last estimate to replace a headlight was over 4500 dollars. need to say they recommended I not wait at dealership. They would arrange Uber or rental car service. They were limited with loaners availability. all the details are not included and there may be some errors.

5 stars as usual. Crown Audi of Clearwater is a great place to have service done. They have a very comfortable waiting room with lots of perks like a massage chair, latte machine, various snacks, and they send you a video usually of what they're doing to your car. Which is nice.

Highly overpriced. Quoted an engine replacement for $13k at a "discount" from $15k. Just bought an engine from a better dealer with 1/2 the mileage for $3500. Was also told the battery was dead when key Fob was actually in the garage. What a rip off. They never thought I'd have the car towed right off their lot for $120
