5 stars as usual. Crown Audi of Clearwater is a great place to have service done. They have a very comfortable waiting room with lots of perks like a massage chair, latte machine, various snacks, and they send you a video usually of what they're doing to your car. Which is nice.

Highly overpriced. Quoted an engine replacement for $13k at a "discount" from $15k. Just bought an engine from a better dealer with 1/2 the mileage for $3500. Was also told the battery was dead when key Fob was actually in the garage. What a rip off. They never thought I'd have the car towed right off their lot for $120

She clearly explained the services, kept me updated, and made the whole process seamless. The work was done quickly and professionally. This is exactly how dealership service should be.

Very warm, friendly. My car was done earlier than I was promised.
For my own protection in the event of improper maintenance I took the Audi to dealer for service. Cost averaged over $200/hour for 60,000 mile service. I understand dealer incurs costs to maintain operation but this was excessive in my opinion.
