I would like to recognize Audi Clearwater for their outstanding customer service and commitment to doing the right thing. I have been servicing my Audi vehicles at Audi Clearwater since 2021, despite living more than 40 miles away and having two other Audi dealerships much closer to my home. Most recently, I purchased a 2025 Audi Q5 from them, which only reinforced my confidence in their dealership and service department. During a recent service visit, an unfortunate incident occurred while my vehicle was being road tested by dealership personnel, resulting in a cracked windshield. To make matters more frustrating, I had just had the windshield professionally tinted the day before. While the situation was disappointing, what truly stood out was how Audi Clearwater handled it. After reviewing the circumstances, the dealership accepted responsibility for the damage and committed to replacing the windshield and reimbursing the cost of having the windshield tint reinstalled. The Service Director, Todd Emery, personally communicated with me, listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and ensured that the matter was resolved fairly and professionally. Anyone can provide good service when everything goes according to plan. What distinguishes a great dealership is how they respond when challenges arise. Audi Clearwater demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Because of the way this matter was handled, I remain a loyal Audi Clearwater customer and will continue to trust them with both the purchase and service of my vehicles. I highly recommend Audi Clearwater to anyone looking for a dealership that values its customers and stands behind its work. Recently left my Audi A7 at the Clearwater dealership for service. Upon inquiry, I was advised they purchase vehicles as well. Spoke with Cameron to get a price and was never called back. When vehicle was ready for pick up, I mentioned I would like a price to sell and was advised Cameron would be calling me back shortly. Once again, he never did. I ended up selling the vehicle later that day to AutoNation.

I had them install one new replacement tire. They damaged my rim and the tire during the installation. They also failed to reset the MMI and I kept getting future false warnings of low tire pressure as far as I’m concerned this dealership service department is totally incompetent..

He said there will not be a fourth time we will trade! David went back on his word and we had to bring it back a fourth time. Now they tell me there's nothing wrong with the car. Don't trust David or service. They are incompetent.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service department at Audi Clearwater is an absolute disgrace. I brought my car in for a serious issue, and not only did they fail to fix it, but they also lied to my faceand to my husband's. Mark, the service manager, provided contradictory information at every turn, misled us, and even discouraged me from reaching out to corporate with a complaint. That alone speaks volumes. Now, just four months later, my car is experiencing the exact same issuean issue I had already warned them was unsafe when it first occurred nine months ago. They ignored my concerns, dismissed my valid safety worries, and sent me off with a car that was not properly repaired. This level of dishonesty and incompetence is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to stand for quality and service. If you value honesty, professionalism, and most importantly, your safety, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I had a very mixed experience with Audi Clearwater. I went there to service my 2020 Q3 and ended up leasing a new car. The salesperson, Lexi Seburg, was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone. Mandy in service was the first to greet me and made me feel welcomed. She checked to see who my service advisor was. Fady Awadalla was my SA. He reviewed my service needs with me and got to the technician who checked everything and did a video that explained problems that needed repair/replacement. I reviewed all the vehicles in the showroom while my car was being serviced. Lexi got a beautiful white Q4 50 e-tron for me to drive. I loved the car from the start. It is beautiful, fast and comfortable. We then went back and forth on deals for the new car and my trade. I thought we had a nice lease worked out at $900 something a month. Then she explained I was only getting $14k for 2020 Q3 which had just purchased for $25k a month before. Afterwards I checked Edmunds and CarMax and they both said they would buy the car for $19k but I didn't know that at the time. Next came the killer news. My payoff for the Q3 was $27,797 not the $23k they were using for our deal. I added $4k additional deposit for a total $6149 which should have covered most of the additional payoff amount. Here's where the deal becomes a game. They increase my trade by $1250, reduce the new car discount by $2000 which means they gained an additional $750 and increase the monthly payment from $900 to $1099 which became $1149 with added coverages. Much of these numbers weren't know until long after everything signed and paid The way I look at it in retrospect, I should have taken the Q3 to CarMax and got their $19000 offer. Put it down on the new Q4 at the $65 MSRP less $17 discount originally offered which equals I would have to come up with $29 (65-17-19) to buy the plus $2906 dealer fees and $2880 sales tax or a grand total of $34786 out the door. That was a great deal. The 36-month lease at $1149 a month plus my Q3 and $6149 down payment was a terrible deal. This all happened on Tuesday. It was Friday when I started going back and forth with Chris Grow the Financial Mgr. I ended by asking Lexi, sales and Chris, finance to call me on Monday as I would be away for the weekend. Never heard from either of them again in anyway. Did get a text from service asking if everything they was fine, which it was. Two weeks after this someone from a dealership (Mary) did call to ask how everything went. I called her back and explained my lack of happiness. She said she would send a note to all the upper management and whoever had been working with Lexi on the deal (I was told it was the general mgr.) would call me back. That never happened either. Advise to others "Don't go to Audi Clearwater".

Beyond 5 stars for Mandy and Audi Clearwater! Truly excellent experience. Their service model and Mandys care for the customer are what make all the difference. Highly recommend Audi Clearwater for sales and service.

They constantly order the wrong parts. Customer service is a joke. Now I'm without a car for another week unless they screw up again which is common for them because the parts department can't do their job correctly as usual. Who at Audi is gonna drive me around and pay me for lost wages???

Had my 30K service last week. The experience was exceptional. My service representative Mandy Walters was everything an Audi customer would want in a Service Rep. Knowledge, Experience, Professionalism, and Kindness. I did not get any of the other names on the service team that helped Mandy serve me, but the visit was smooth and nice seeing all the new Audi models of today. Thanks Clearwater Audi !

I purchased my first Audi in 2012 and just purchased my third one a week ago(October, 2022) from George Rangelov, a salesman in the Clearwater Audi dealership. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful and answered my questions and dealt with any concerns that I had. I love the Clearwater Audi dealership also because, in the service department, Mandy Walters has always taken care of me whenever I needed my car serviced. Overall, George was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him.

BUYER BEWARE! !! L IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PURCHASING FROM AUDI OF CLEARWATER I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW. Terrible experience with Service Advisor Dylan Crosby and unheard of, absolute xxxx poor customer relations from none other than Audi of Clearwaters General Manager DAVID JACOVIDES! First off Id like to say that I have owned 7 Audis in the past 15 years purchased at other locations including my Audi S7 (original sticker price of over $93,000) which I recently brought in to have recall warranty work done after receiving a letter in the mail from Audi of North America. I dropped the vehicle off for this work to be completed and emphasized that I needed my vehicle back in 15 days since my father and I would be traveling to Europe and had work immediately upon my return. I was told that would definitely not be an issue since the job only takes 6-8 hours to complete. Approximately 12 days later I get an email from Dylan the Service Advisor with an attached estimate of repairs totaling over $25,000 including numerous items that had absolutely nothing to do with the recall warranty work that the car was brought in for! Being overseas and unable to talk at that time I asked for the General Manager to call me later that day but was told that he was in meetings and unavailable but that he would call me ASAP. Over the next few days I didnt receive any calls, texts, or emails from anyone at Audi Clearwater so when I returned back from our trip I contacted Dylan to see if the recall warranty work was completed and if I could pick up my vehicle. He said that the recall work had NOT been done since I did not respond on how Id like to proceed with all of the other items that were not under warranty or recalled and that the General Manager was once again unavailable since he was out to lunch. At this time I explained that I would be coming into the dealership via Uber since I had no other form of transportation and wanted to speak with the General Manager. After arriving to the dealership I was eventually greeted by David Jacovides. He rounded up a service tech and Dylan the Service Advisor and we headed to his office. David then had the service tech go over the issues with the vehicle and explained the work was not done because they wanted to save me money. They explained that if they would have done the recall warranty work required which was 6-8 hours total in labor that other parts that they recommended be replaced would require some of the same parts to be removed and did not want to double charge me. I explained that I simply brought the vehicle in to have the recall warranty work done and did not ask for any other inspections, quotes, or work done on the vehicle and stressed that I needed a vehicle for work appointments this weekend and had no other form of transportation. I restated that I had to take an Uber to the dealership. After some discussion the tech said that he could most likely have the recall work completed by Monday and that was the absolute soonest the recall work could be done. With much frustration I once again recapped the entire scenario on how I was needing my vehicle back for work appointments and didnt understand why they couldnt have my vehicle done since they had the vehicle for over 2 full weeks, that their communication was poor by not even contacting me in any way for 12 days after having the car and that I never was called by the General Manager like requested and assured that hed be calling ASAP. I then asked for a loner vehicle until my car was completed. This is where David Jacovides xxxx poor customer relations really shined!!! He gave me this song and dance on how there werent any loner vehicles available and that they were really very low on inventory but then asked Dylan to check if any loner vehicles were returned and would be available for me to use. Before Dylan even walked out of David Jacovides office to check David said to me that I have a bad attitude and told Dylan that even if there was an available loner loner car on the lot that it would not be available for me to use and then said were done here, thanks, have a good day and began to shuffle paperwork around on his desk. After leaving his office in disgust I told Dylan and the tech that I would be having the vehicle towed to Reeves Audi of Tampa where the car was originally purchased and called an Uber to pick me up from the dealership to drive me home. In my earlier years I was a mechanic and had worked for several dealerships in Michigan and never ever saw or heard of anything like this type of treatment at any of them. I could possibly see how this type of treatment could come from an inexperienced person from some shady low end used car lot but never expected anything close to this from a new car dealership! Especially from an Audi dealership in a very nice area! In my opinion this dealership intentionally delayed notifying me on any of the issues with the car and did not do the recall warranty work because they simply wanted to extract a lot of money from me on unnecessary items that had nothing to do with the recall. After learning that I did not want any of the unnecessary items done by them and simply wanted the recalled warranty work done I was basically worthless to them and booted from the facility. I am very disappointed in the lack of service and terrible customer relations I witnessed first hand from the GENERAL MANAGER David Jacovides!!! I strongly urge you to reconsider doing business with Audi of Clearwater. I am so dissatisfied with this experience that I will never purchase another Audi ever again and will be telling this story over and over and over for years to come to my hundreds of customers and friends in the Tampa Bay area. I hope you found this review to be helpful when deciding where to go or where NOT to go when youre considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Tate Dimke is the best! We had been to a few dealerships trying to find cars, and hadnt had any luck or very good experiences. Tate saved the day! Took my 2012 Audo to Crown Audi for service. Always asked my service person if there were any loaded, low mileage Audi Q3s available to look at. (Usually not, since I drove a Q3 as a loaner at some point. Service introduced me to Tate Dimke, Sales. It was fate that his used care list had only one Q3 - 2021 - used as loaner - mileage $4,461.!! Tate was fantastic in providing me with all details of this vehicle. No pressure whatsoever. He coordinated obtaining information as I requested: trade-in value for by beloved 2012 Q5 was more than expected (low mileage and good condition), transaction information, time to consult with the Audi Service department, and the finance department. It was a fun and amazing experience! I was never before comfortable with auto sales situations. I ultimately purchased this gem. Tate's service was beyond detailed and accommodating! He demonstrated all the new electronics available on this model, comparted to my 2012. Tate ensured this Q3 went through the full Audi Used Care Certification!! Kept me i the loop as this was taking place. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else - should I ever want to upgrade my Q3. Tate Dimke continues to stay in touch to ensure he addresses any questions I may still have. Soooooo appreciated!
