If I could give zero stars, I would. The service department at Audi Clearwater is an absolute disgrace. Mark the service manager should be FIRED. I brought my car in for a serious issue, and not only did they fail to fix it, but they also LIED to my face—and to my husband's. Mark, the service manager, provided contradictory information at every turn, misled us, and even discouraged me from reaching out to corporate with a complaint. That alone speaks volumes. Now, just four months later, my car is experiencing the exact same issue—an issue I had already warned them was UNSAFE when it first occurred nine months ago. They ignored my concerns, dismissed my valid safety worries, and sent me off with a car that was not properly repaired. This level of dishonesty and incompetence is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to stand for quality and service. If you value honesty, professionalism, and most importantly, your safety, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Tate Dimke and Audi Clearwater made my new car buying experience enjoyable but, more importantly, easy. From the day I spec’d out my 2025 A7 until I picked it up at the dealership, Tate communicated like a pro, providing advice and his opinion when I asked for it. And I asked frequently. I want to start by saying that I'm 68 years old and bought many cars in my life. After loosing 2 car to to hurricane Helene i needed to buy a car and went to Audi Clearwater and met Jeffrey Barron. The experience was just amazing from start to finish. Jeffrey never pressure in any way. The thing that he did that I felt very impressed he really wanted me to buy the right car if and when I was ready. I finish by thanking the entire staff at Audi Clearwater for a great way to train and hire the best staff. Thank You Jeffrey I will spread the message. Phil

I recently was assisted by Cary Callahan at Audi, Crown Auto, Clearwater in purchasing a new Q5. Cary was very attentive and was a great help in answering my various questions and keeping the process moving along. She was very professional and there were no shenanigans and I greatly appreciated that. Sometimes dealers can be tricky to deal with, but that was not the case with Cary, and with this dealership. I rate her a 5.

Do not use this business for your car purchase. I inquired through the internet to a posting from your dealership regarding a 2018 Audi A5 Cabriolet listed at $25,000. I was put in contact with Mitch who played the typical go between and later found out it was with “Carl”, who admitted to me that he made 2 mistakes on his quote to me, first in the amount of approximately $10k, and when called out on it, he turned around and made another $500 mistake, both being higher than your on line quoted price. This seems to be either very unethical, or just really bad calculating from a sales manager position. I hope you’re not condoning this type of business practice.

I purchased my SQ5 from Audi Tampa a few years ago and I have had nothing but TERRIBLE experiences there. I was tricked into spending thousands of dollars on things I didn't need or ask for...the service technicians REPEATEDLY sent me home with the same problems I came in for...telling me to just try and "restart" my car and "it should fix it"...here we are, 3 years later with the SAME issues and no one at Audi Tampa seems to know what is wrong or even care! Audi Tampa's technician team is about as helpful as a group of thieving, money hungry, clueless, drooling first grade dropouts. I decided to give Audi Clearwater a try and I am so glad I did! I just wish I hadn't waited so long to do so! If you need some help with your car, just ask for Fady Awadalla! I have NEVER had someone advocate for me SO HARD! He made the phone calls, he sent the emails, he continuously contacted me, keeping me up to date, etc. I am sure Audi Clearwater is great on it's own, but Fady deserves some serious recognition! He singlehandedly fixed an issue that I have visited Audi Tampa for, spent countless wasted hours sitting in Audi Tampa for, and spoken to multiple Audi Tampa Service Technicians for (again, MANY TIMES), over the past 3+ years! Audi Clearwater is IT! Ask for Fady!

They constantly order the wrong parts. Customer service is a joke. Now I'm without a car for another week unless they screw up again which is common for them because the parts department can't do their job correctly as usual. Who at Audi is gonna drive me around and pay me for lost wages???

I left my car (2009 A4) last week for a map sensor issue (i had already changed it myself buying part at Autozone for $60, engine check was still on so then had a local garage order it directly to Audi as there was a newer version of this sensor and install it for less than $150 including labor) and a TPMS issue. Audi Clearwater charged me $211 for diagnostic and then told me they can not fix the Tire pressure sensor issue because they dont have the part and it cant be ordered anymore... For the map sensor, they recommended to change the sensor, I told them it was a waste of time and money since i've already done it myself twice before bringing the car. They insisted it needed to be done and charged me $520 more to replace a sensor that was replaced 2 times already. When i asked why it was so expensive (remember i've done it myself, it is a <5min fix), they said labor was $300 for that fix, for 5 min of work.... End of the story, my car is in the same condition as when i dropped it, and they charged me $730 total. it is a robbery, a rip off, a racket you name it. Do not have your car maintained there if it is out of warranty. The Service and Repair Manager was supposed to call me back, of course he/she never did... a very disapointed customer🥺
