Service department quoted $3685 to repair gear shifter assembly. Had car towed to another shop where a $45 replacement cable got the car up and running. Look out people. Get a second opinion before going forward for out of warranty work.

I got a flat on the highway & just so happened to pull off into their lot. They helped me change it within 5 minutes! Everyone was extremely helpful & friendly!!
Had a very positive experience with Steve Yeager. He was professional, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel comfortable
Over priced. Double dipped on two service visits to the tune of $2300. Then asked for an additional $1700 for new key fobs. AudiUSA told me they know the Q3 has system problems. They offered to comp the fix one time, car has less than 17000 miles. Dealership refused to honor the offer.
I just had a lovely experience at this Audi location, from the greater outside to the service advisor Garrett, who was highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions to help me understand. Everyone else I encountered in the waiting area was so welcoming. Thanks you all!

Dropped vehicle off for service and was told the dealership also purchases them. Spoke with Cameron in sales and was told he would inspect the vehicle and get back with me. I was never contacted back. When the car was ready for pickup, I asked again about a price to sell. For a second time I was referred to Cameron and never heard another word. Extremely poor service
Worst I've ever dealt with. Scary combination of slimy management, poor service, and lack of expertise. I've bought many higher end cars over the years, this was by far my worst experience.
They lied about warranty, no call backs, car report lies and the list goes on and on!
I brought my Audi a3 in for a recall and Garrett Burks assisted me at the service area, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done in a quick and efficient manner. Garrett also kept me updated and informed me about my car and its diagnosis very frequently. Highly recommend coming to him for any assistance at Audi:)
Notice the gouge in the upper left area of the tire, near the rim. I can't believe the level of incompetence. And they tried to disguise the screw-up with excess wax.

Sleazy slimy dealership. Do not trust them. They will lie and smooth talk you while selling you a car with undisclosed issues. If you have to do deals with them do not trust a word they say. More details to come. They will sell you anything to make a buck. Avoid them at all costs and question everything. They will lie and then not answer calls.
Overall a bad experience. Took car in for maintenance- which I later found out was to include cleaning of my moonroof drains, per my maintenance plan and my manual. Couple months later, my drains clog and spill over to ruin my comfort control module and a bunch of wiring. cost over $8000 to repair! Luckily my insurance covered it but service manager denied not cleaning the drains until I told him that his own service agent told me they weren't (because, he said, the dealership deems it too expensive!). So then they literally took Months to finish the work and when I respectfully suggested I should not have to pay the $50 or $100 deductible, he got pissed, and in front of his service team, he said fine, but that I should NEVER come back! I gladly agreed of course, because how could I ever trust them again! I strongly recommend you do NOT go there for service, or a new car! In 59 years, I have never been treated this way.
Awful. They took a month to repair my car because of the service advisor I was working with lied and pushed it off until he was fired and then I got another service advisor and job was completed in a couple of days. Got the car back and it was covered in smears and scratches because they didn't use the plastic or padding to protect the paint. For it to be fixed it had to go back to them because they didn't want to pay the invoice of a place of my choosing to get it fixed. They replaced the purge valves and were supposed to fix a rattle and didn't. Never going back here again..
Disappointed in Overinflated Repair Quote for Simple Fix I typically expect more from a reputable dealership like Audi Clearwater, but my recent experience left me thoroughly disappointed. While bringing our vehicle in for a recall related to the alternator, I asked them to take a look at the passenger-side wheel arch, which had come loose due to my own mistake while backing up. The response? A $1,000 quote to replace the entire wheel arch--because, according to them, the plastic fasteners are only available pre-attached to a new arch. They told my wife that a complete replacement was necessary and that nothing could be done otherwise. Thankfully, I held off. For $10 on Amazon, I bought a pack of plastic fasteners, popped them in myself, and in less than 30 seconds, the wheel arch was secure--good as new, and just as solid as the driver's side. I understand that dealerships have overhead, but quoting $1,000 for a simple fix that any car-savvy person could resolve in under a minute is inexcusable. It leaves me wondering how often customers are charged for unnecessary replacements simply because they aren't mechanically inclined. This felt less like professional service and more like a blatant attempt to upsell. Sadly, this experience has shaken my trust in Audi Clearwater. I expect better from a brand that markets itself on integrity and excellence.

Be careful what you buy They will sneak in additional charges for accessories and extended warranties. Read the contrary very carefully I will go someplace else
Great experience purchasing a car from Audi Clearwater. Highly recommend this dealership and working with Joe Osmani. He was very knowledgeable and professional. No BS tactics, no bait and switch. Fair prices and just overall good experience. I had been to several dealerships in the Clearwater and Pasco area and had several not bad experiences. It really makes a big difference where you buy your cars, and again I highly recommend Audi Clearwater. Ask for Joe Osmani, he'll take care of you.
I hate the car buying process. I spent months with multiple dealers receiving the runaround, bait, and switch tactics. I had so many bad experiences I started to procrastinate and give up hope. I found Audi Clearwater and Chloe Edwards and all anxiety was relieved. She communicated in my preferred method of text. Chloe went above and beyond to show me vehicle remotely, as I was a hour away, and apprehensive to make trip without reassurance and confidence. She did a fantastic job of anticipating my needs and reading the room. Everyone in their beautiful and comfortable showroom was very customer service driven and welcoming. Chloe introduced us to Ryan Wolfe for financing, and he surpassed all my expectations as well. He was extremely engaging, and also read the room very well to anticipate my needs. He offered extra warranty features in a manner I trusted and respected with zero pressure. Chloe accurately predicted the length of the closing process, as well as offered to rework her schedule after I said I had time restraints, and after I threw her some curveballs. I would recommend Audi Clearwater 1000%. They made the process extremely easy. The car I purchased was priced extremely fairly, and dealer fees were minimal compared to others, especially when you consider their willingness to stand behind their product with their warranty on every vehicle, and their customer service.

When going to this dealership for in service ALWAYS take a before picture and check your car before leaving! I have a before picture of my car for specific reasons like this. Took my Audi A4 for in service and they placed a very large scratch on my steering wheel. Immediately when seeing this I called the in service line and turned around to show them the damage. Their response to me was "nothing we can do about it". Absolutely unacceptable and they are so unprofessional! I should have known this place was a red flag when they told me they don't have my appointment down.. when we received a confirmed appointment date/ time prior to appointment date. Jack was no help and didn't even have common sense to bring out his manager to discuss something that his employees have caused! I'd add a 0 star if I could. I'm discussed you would think a high end company would place covers on steering wheels and floor covers.. jacks excuse was "we didn't even work on your car". Well who took my car inside and outside of the garage?? Casper?!
Bought a car from George and Carl was like a comedy show. George a smooth talker who sold me on the "luxury" cup holders, while Carl, bald as a cue ball, kept cracking jokes about needing a sunroof to match his shiny head. Had a great time!
A few days ago I take my 2022 Audi Q8 with 28k miles in PERFECT condition into Audi of Clearwater. Carl says they'll buy it for $51k, because he'll have to change the tires and fix an extra small piece of the wrap. I tell him to let me talk to my husband and I'll let him know. A few days later, I call up there and say, I'd like to accept that offer; before I waste my hour drive there, time, gas, etc. is everything still a go? They tell me, yes. I get there, Carl says he has to "reappraise my car and reconsider." It's only been a couple days, nothings changed. I drove it straight home and straight back, but ok. He comes back and says "there's water where your spare tire is. Something must be leaking." Ummmm... what? You didn't mention that when you appraised it a few days ago, or I wouldn't have wasted each others time, which is why I called. However, it's a year old with just over 20k miles on it, clearly whatever is going on, it's under warranty." He says, "no it's been raining a lot lately." Huh? Cars are made for the rain??? What am I missing, if you over appraised it, and changed your mind, just say it. Don't make up this RIDICULOUS excuse, like I'm an idiot. He's says, "no no! Leave it here, I'll have my guys take a look at it tomorrow. Make sure there's nothing mechanically wrong, which I'm sure there's not. The car is dry everywhere and not throwing any codes." Okkkkkkk. This is the weirdest thing I've ever heard, and now you're back pedaling. So, whatever, I've already wasted half of my day, so I leave it there. I get a call today, which is the following day, for him to tell me, they won't buy it??? This is the most unprofessional Mickey Mouse operation waste of everyone's time I've ever dealt this. THIS IS WHY I ALWAYS GO TO AUDI TAMPA! Will NEVER waste my time with Audi Clearwater again. Carl was HORRIBLE! My whole car that is basically brand new, is "leaking" yet completely dry with zero wet spots, yet wouldn't be under warranty because it's been raining a lot lately." Like cars aren't built to get wet. Comical honestly. He totally felt when he quickly appraised it the first time, it was too high and he back pedaled. Wasted everyone's time.

Audi is an outstanding car and the dealership is somewhat fine, however, getting your car serviced is difficult. It requires serveral phone calls and it is impossible to talk with a service person, which means that they may call you back at the end of the work day, if you are lucky. One would expect more from a high end dealership. It was so difficult that I stopped going there for service about 3 years ago. Just today, I had a battery issue, and decided to give this service department another try. I needed to get my car jumped and drive it to the dealership but wanted to discuss this with a service advisor relative to best time to put this together, with a reasonable wait period. It did not happen. You have to talk with them under their terms.....end of day, if at all. In the meantime, I was able to get the service needed elsewhere on a timely basis.
Mr. Jacovides, Thanks for your response. By the way, after your diagnosis, I drove the Q3 for three weeks with no issue until we sold it. After I left your shop very frustrated, I had my car serviced by a reputable St. Pete Import dealer (it took a couple of weeks to get an appointment and service.) This firm serviced my vehicle, and the problems were ameliorated for $1500. We decided to see what the car would be worth on a trade in the Blue Book web site before driving it home. I was very clear of the many pluses of the 2018 Q3, as well as that it had a minor scratch, and the aforementioned engine issues. Imagine my surprise when I had a half dozen offers for our car from competitor dealers in the Tampa area. $10,000 was the first one, and the one we took. Mind you, these were not trade-ins, but CASH offers. Compared to the $500 you offered, you can understand my insult. I am not one to hold grudges, just felt compelled to post about my experience, just as we did about the positive experience at your competitor who bought the Q3. We loved our Audi, until we didn't. The brand has lost a customer, not so much because of the engine problem, but because of the way your dealership handled it. Regards.
I love my new car ! I returned to Audi Clearwater for the second time... This time my experience was even better Amy Sizemore was very knowledgeable and made my purchase go very smooth. I got the car I wanted and Amy worked with me to get it into my budget. Great experience recommend Amy and the team at Audi Clearwater very highly. Dr Rob
All we can say is AMAZING. Our journey started with an email to GM , David and it rolled to Mgr Larry who assigned our needs to Tate, ( Sales associate )WOW!! Tate was prepared for our arrival from the moment we walked through the door. He had a vehicle we described ( To Larry) night before with all records, specifics and took us for the test drive. We fell in love with this Q5 plus. The entire process was seamless and we were out of there ( with car) in less than 3 hours from the time we came through the door. Chris Grow the business manager was personable, throughout the closing and very informative and honest on our questions. IF you want an honest, exceptional experience go to Audi in Clearwater ! Thank you David, Larry, Tate & Chris.

Got my oil changed and paintless dent repairs done here. Everything came out great. Car looks brand new. Fady was very helpful.
BEWARE when you have them diagnose an issue, they said $250.00 to diagnose but if it goes past the allowed time around an hour you will be charged an additional 250 and so on until they find the issue , This is the biggest scam no wonder they call them stealerships will never buy an Audi what a piece of garbage only 100,000 miles and so many things are wrong with this car.
Talking about my last review , I DID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT THAT MORNING FOR MY SHAKING CAR YOU ALL ARE JUST LIARS ! I have another complaint. If I could give them 0 I would ! I have had to replace all 4 tires 2x on my q3 . Also when I was trying to trade in my lease I asked to lower my payments and I did not want a brand new car , they said okay then got a text with a brand new Audi q5 on with numbers higher then my current lease . They said there were specials , I said I did NOT WANT A NEW CAR! I wanted to purchase a new used car or my current car or something less expensive than a q5. I have been with vw credit for over 10 years and I get approved because I have never missed a payment once and VILIUS tried to argue with me about it . He also told me I couldn't get a buy out quote because I wanted to go to Mercedes and had to go to go to vw, Porsche or Audi , then told me later in the conversation that I needed to go for a cheaper car like Kia or Hyundai . What dealership tries to push someone into another brand of car . I'm tired of these judgy car dealership people thinking they can disrespect women and customers when they didn't listen to what I needed in the beginning. They only care about making money and they don't know how to handle customers properly . They need to be retrained by someone who is from New York or something because they are selfish and treat women so bad. This dealership is a bunch of stuck up low life people who try to lie about customers and don't have the proper skills to deal with a 4"11 105 lb girl who just has a strong attitude to not allow people to push her around. I own a business and maybe their just mad they work at at a dealership idk what it is but I work my butt off and then to be treated like shit because they can't handle someone like me. Please if your a strong female do not go here ! They won't respect you . But maybe if you went in with a bikini top on they would help you . They are sexist.
They constantly order the wrong parts. Customer service is a joke. Now I'm without a car for another week unless they screw up again which is common for them because the parts department can't do their job correctly as usual. Who at Audi is gonna drive me around and pay me for lost wages???
I purchased my new 2023 Audi S5 with the expert assistance of Derek Cicala. Derek's knowledge and experience made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Not only would I use Derek as a sales consultant again and again, but I wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation.
The only other time I had actually taken my Audi to Audi to get repairs done was in Denver and it was a horrible experience. My car was severely malfunctioning a few days ago and I was hesitant to send it to Audi again. However, I'm new to the area so figured that was my best option for something quick. To my surprise and delight, I have had the best experience. Fady is the representative working with me and he has been communicating constantly, working hard to get make sure I'm not overpaying, and making sure my car is getting repaired in a timely manner. Additionally, he made sure I was in a rental car same day which is unheard of. I truly couldn't ask for a better and less "scary" experience considering my car needed some large repairs. THANK YOU FADY!!!!
Very disappointed in the service department (process) at this dealership. Purchasing my car was easy, it was a 1-time event, but continuing to get service here is a nightmare. To begin, the dealership is so large (Crown), that your call is routed to a call center someplace. I always have to explain myself multiple times as the call is routed. The service department is just "Swamped" 24/7, and therefore it is "Weeks Out" to get anything done. They usually do not have a loaner either. I cannot complain about any 1 individual because they are usually pleasant, but getting service is a mess. I will buy another Audi next year but will avoid this dealership at all costs. I will switch brands before I go back to Clearwater.
My original poor review about this dealership was on CarGurus a few weeks ago and was that the window sticker on a $200k Audi R8 they sent me did not match the options it said it had. Pics and videos did not have a carbon fiber rear diffuser but window sticker stated it did. Something very shady. Buyer beware!!!! Then I receive an email from their GM, David Jacovides, asking me to take down the poor review. I replied back to his email the same day, 2/20/23 with more detailed information about my conversations with his Sales Team as his information had been obviously skewed by his Sales Team. He never replied back. Now I receive an email weeks later after that specific car had finally sold, that he replied, not to my email directly to him (in response to his), but to my poor review and he doubled down by lying. He stated that they had tried to reach out to me to discuss but were not successful. Absolutely false. He just did not like what I had to say to him in my reply, which was 100% factual. Below is my actual email. This GM is so unprofessional, and a liar and I will make sure Audi of America knows it when I reach out to them next, since they already are inquiring about my recent purchase of a $200k R8 from a good Audi dealership with a professional GM here in NY. I am a Senior Director of Operations and an educated consumer, and know this is not how this situation should have been handled. Shame on David Jacovides. email: David, There should be no confusion at all. Let me enlighten you on the details of my conversations with both of your managers. Your team only made me aware of no carbon fiber on rear diffuser because I made them aware. This inconsistency between the window sticker and reality is certainly concerning, especially on a $200k car. And one if not both tried to convince me in the beginning that it did, but it was the light or angle of picture that made it look like it wasn't carbon fiber. Also, one manager even sent me a pic with arrows pointing to what he thought was the rear diffuser, but in fact was actually the black rear end grille of car. This inconsistency is concerning for several reasons; 1) It shows a $7200 option that is really does not have in full, inflating MSRP and therefore inflating resale value. 2) could suggest car had the option but was in an unreported accident and carbon fiber was not replaced, but instead less expensive fix was completed. This of course assumes window sticker is correct. 3) window sticker being inaccurate should have been caught by dealership selling car after thorough inspection of $200k vehicle and not by customer trying to buy it. To then have experienced sales managers first try and convince me otherwise that it was carbon fiber and just angle or light of picture. Then to have an additional manager point to what he thought was a rear diffuser but wasn't. Just a bad customer experience. And I am an educated consumer. Not to mention, I had sent you an email on Feb 12th about this as well, replying to an email you had sent me on the 11th, checking on your team and you failed to even reply back (professional courtesy). I don't find that very professional. So no, at this time I don't find the need to adjust, edit or remove the review. And the fact that you sent me your email below to dispute my experience just confirms my opinion on the entire experience. Not sure what feedback you are receiving from your management team, but if you would like to discuss further, my cell # is xxx-xxx-xxxx. Thank you.
Very happy with Andre,Brianna, and my car Audi, However , Big Al, Ali Jaffer was rude , appeared bored and annoyed with our questions. After several requests to come to our car(in the service line) , he remained seated at his desk. We requested help connecting to Apple CarPlay navigation. Ali repeatedly asked for my password. He did not provide any help. Rising from his seat he finally asked who we purchased the car from. Andre did indeed come with us to the car and resolved the issue. Linda Summers
Just purchased my 3rd Audi from Audi Clearwater. If you live live in Tampa Bay and are looking for a dealer that is the best in the area, look no further. Just purchased new A5 yesterday from Tate Dimke. Easy , personable and by far the best sales professional one could ask for from an Audi dealership. The finance manager was also the best you could find anywhere. Chris Grow had me in and out of there in 15 minutes. The entire sales process and trade took only 2 hours . Could not be happier. Truly outstanding dealership and customer service. They deserve 10 stars Ron Lesieur
Andrew Kanaris at Audi Clearwater was phenomenal to me. The ideal car buying experience. He is personable, bubbly, outgoing, and extremely knowledgeable about the product. My process was extremely seamless and quick. He knew exactly what I wanted and worked out the best pricing for me. He also had such a personal touch and I enjoyed our test drive together. I almost felt like he was a good friend of mine. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Andrew for your professionalism and for helping me pick out the best car. I'd also like to give a shout out to Justyn Ross for his help in service. He really gave me some great advice and helped lead me into the decision of trading in my vehicle. Never once did I felt pressured I truly felt he was just helping me out and trying to figure out the best solution for me. These two staff members are just awesome and if more places had employees like this in this world it would make it a better environment.
We had a great experience with George Rangelov! We always dread buying a new car and George made the experience an enjoyable one. He was extremely focused on our wants and needs and made sure we left the lot with the car we wanted. We LOVE our new Audi Q8 and we are soooooo happy! We will ALWAYS use George for any future purchases, he takes great care of our family and is super fun to work with!
On 7/5/2019 I drove to this dealership to check out a 2018 Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio. I had no intent on buying the car right away and just wanted to see it in person. I was trading in my beautiful 2011 Audi S4. It was an incredible car if you're looking into purchasing an Audi. I was met by George, the salesperson. We talked about numbers and where I was comfortable. It took a little bit of negotiating but I eventually got where I was comfortable. I met with David, the manager and he was incredibly kind and forthcoming. Chris the finance guy was just as professional. This is my second experience purchasing a car from an Audi dealer and both times has been phenomenal. It was definitely set the bar high when it comes to purchasing a car. I'm in love with my car!
My experience with Crown group is second to none. We have purchased one honda and two audi's. Both managers of honda dealership and audi are awesome to deal with. J. Biggerstaff from Honda and JB from Audi of Clearwater are straightforward and made good on their promises. I also had a great experience with the sales rep from Audi, Van Herrera. Highly recommended. They beat everyone by $3500 when I shopped the other dealers in Tampa Bay. Service department is great. Mandy and Justin was very helpful. I recommend if you are in the market for Honda or Audi, go to Audi of Clearwater or Crown Honda. You will not be disappointed.
This has been the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! After business hours on 1/20 I contacted the dealership letting them know what model I was interested in. I got an email first thing the next morning (1/21) from Jess Ferraro (Brand Specialist). She asked what method of communication I preferred. I made it clear that I wanted to conduct this deal via email. Not once did she call me or bombard me with texts/emails. We talked via email throughout the day. I had numbers before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. I met with Jessica for the first time yesterday (1/23). There was none of that haggling and being made to feel uncomfortable. Not once did the sales manager come and stare me down or do any of those tactics that we are all so familiar with when buying a car. JB Biewend (Sales Manager) was great to work with. Not only was he professional, but he was fun to talk with. The final step was meeting with the finance manager (Chris Grow). He has a nice style when going through the paperwork and the final-ons available. Last night my husband and I left in a beautiful new A3. It only took three days to complete this deal and it could've been quicker if my work schedule allowed it. I highly recommend Audi Clearwater!
We are so happy with our experience at Audi Clearwater! Our sales consultant, Ryan Wolfe, was super communicative, helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions (and we had a lot of them!) and was always there to make sure we were happy customers. The purchasing experience was so comfortable and he was very straightforward with us. Chris, in the finance department, was also very friendly and helped us through the signing process. We would definitely recommend the team at Audi Clearwater.
My recent experience with Audi of Clearwater was a "10" from Mandy, Michael (a new employee at the service desk) and Neil in the service/repair dept.. Each of them was professional and customer service savvy. I felt very comfortable when I left the dealership that my car was in perfect condition. Thank you all again. Marcelle C. Uniejewski
I'd like to recognize Mandy Walters at Audi Clearwater. Mandy is highly professional, accommodating, and very customer oriented. Her personal attention to detail is always accompanied with a warm smile. Thanks Mandy for being awesome! You are an exceptional at what you do.
The service at this dealership is the absolute best we have ever received. Mandy Walters goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, even for the unexpected. Our daughter's car was being serviced, and she left her keys to her apartment in the car. Mandy had them retrieved and overnighted to her. Highly recommend purchasing or leasing an Audi from this location!
