Very happy with Crown Audi Clearwater, from sales with George Rangelov to service with Antoine Borghella. We have our 3rd Audi lease from them and I can't imagine going anywhere else. We love our Audi Q7, and for all of our service needs we feel pampered when we have an appointment. All of the staff treats us well, they are all friendly, and the facility is set up with free Wifi & charging stations (if you must wait), a large TV with a comfortable seating area, as well as snacks and refreshments.

I was in Clearwater, 3 hours from home, for a funeral when my tire blew. Audi provided a tow to the dealership on Saturday afternoon. And Mandy Walters took over from there. She provided repair, and also offered my regular servicing and software updates. And Mandy also arranged a tow back to my home. It was the BEST service I've ever received. Thank you again to Mandy and her team!!!

Mandy Walters; I had a problem with a puncture in my tire on 1/16/17 and immediately brought car to Audi to Mandy. I was concerned about driving my car and Mandy immediately checked tire and said would install a new tire. She put me in another car for the day and I picked up my car next am and was back on the road. I have also worked with Mandy on my 2 service appointments for Audi and she is great about explaining what needs to be done to keep my car in top condition. I'm glad she is always there when go to dealer because I know will get great customer service and be happy driving my Audi.

Mandy Walters was great ( as always) as my service advisor for my Audi A7. She is always very courteous and very thorough. She's a huge asset and the reason I continue to go back to Audi Clearwater.

My husband and I purchased an Audi A4 from Audi Clearwater and couldn't be happier we made the decision to go there. Our salesman, George Rangelov, had the patience of a saint since I was going from a basic app VW Bug to the A4 with so many options to learn. He made the experience a great one and will be our salesman for the next Audi. We live in Parrish and am closer to Sarasota Audi but I recommend that if you are closer to Sarasota like us that you take the drive to Clearwater Audi. They both sell the same cars but in Clearwater they want your business in Sarasota they want the sale.

Mandy Walters was my service writer for a recent visit to Audi Clearwater for the 45,000 service. This is not the first time that Mandy has facilitated my service visit. I have always found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Her goal is always to take care of both me and my Audi in as efficient a manner as possible with the right amount of communication over the time my car is being serviced. I had set up to have a loaner car which was ready for my use as soon as my paperwork was completed. I was in and out of the dealership in no more than15 to 20 minutes which is greatly appreciated. When I came back to pick up my car, Mandy was ready to check me out and get me back on the road back to my office in no time. I should add that Mandy took the time to completely review the work that would be performed on my car when I dropped it off and she reviewed the work that was done to my car when I picked it up. This was my first time for service at Crown Audi, although my husband has been going there for years. Mandy Walters was my service representative. She was professional, but with a very pleasant personality. The service was completed in the time we expected and they gave the car a wash before we got back to pick it up. I recently had my Audi Q5 in for service for brakes, and I must say that I live in Tampa, FL but I drive to Clearwater FL. Number one, because it's where I purchased the car. But number two, because they have an awesome team that works together to satisfy every customer that walks through those doors. First I call to make my appointment from my car driving to Clearwater, I spoke with Mandy Walters and explained my situation and she told me not to worry that they would get me in. She made my appointment with Antoine Borgella, it's the second or third time that he has taken care of me and he was awesome. I didn't know what exactly was wrong with my car so they took it in and shortly afterwards Antoine comes back and explains the problem and asked if I wanted a loaner? So I asked him how long it would take and he told me if you want to wait I'll put a rush on it and that's exactly what happened he was true to his word. And I must say as you wait in the waiting area you have everything you need right there, water, coffee, snacks a comfortable waiting area where you can sit and wait or sit and work. And I must add that as I wait there, there is an office directly in front of where I sit to work, I don't know who's office it is but I have to say this, this person inspires me with something encouraging that he always puts up for everyone to read and receive.
