The worst experience ever. Made an appointment to take my Etron in and requested a loaner, they didn't have it and sent us to enterprise were we received a mini van on empty!!! They took over a week to repair a leak from what they said was a clogged seal and guess what it's leaking again! They also said they repaired the central locking mechanism issue, yep got it back home and not fixed. These folks are completely incompetent!!!

If you're in the market for a new or used Audi, I would highly recomend calling George Rangelov at Crown Audi in Clearwater. He took the time to find several cars for me to test drive and did not put any pressure on me at all to make a move. He was available whenever I needed him and was always accommodating. I live in another state and have a second home in St. Pete. So once I made a decision about what I wanted, I called him and he had exactly what I was looking for on his lot. He called me back with a discounted price which also included a rebate from Audi. He helped arrange for the paperwork to be done without me having to come to Florida. He also arranged a convienient way for my son to pick up the car when he was dropping off his Audi for service. Such a smooth and easy buying experience and a great place to do business!!!

Breanna Holding was my service advisor and was EXCEPTIONAL! She was both professional and personable. We had a false alarm with my daughter who is pregnant. We had to get to the hospital and take our young grandson home, as well as, one of us stay at the hospital for my daughter. Our loaner car was due back that same day but would have been tough to do. I called Breanna and explained the situation and she insisted that I keep the car and return it when we were able to do so. This took A LOT off my plate that day. And she gave us a baby gift as well! Folks- it doesn’t get ANY better than that level of Commitment to Excellence in service. Thank you Breanna

Joe Osmani treated me to what was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. He was knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of what I said I needed and wanted, without pushing me to options or things I knew were not what I wanted. I bought my first car from Audi Clearwater, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. When we first walked into the dealership, none of the sales representatives approached us or seemed interested in helping. Eventually, Steve came over and asked what we needed, and I ended up purchasing my vehicle through him. One of my biggest issues is that Steve told me the car had features that it did not actually have. I specifically wanted ambient lighting, and that was a major reason I decided to purchase this particular vehicle. I relied on the information I was given by the salesperson, only to find out afterward that the car did not have the feature I was told it had. Throughout the process, I did not feel confident that Steve actually knew the vehicle or its features. The situation with my spare key has been even more frustrating. I was explicitly told that someone at Audi Clearwater had the spare key to the used vehicle I purchased and that I could simply come back and pick it up. I waited two or three weeks and drove back to the dealership, only to be told that they never had the key and that the previous owner still had it. I was then told they couldn’t do anything or order another key until the previous owner responded. Four days later, Steve texted me saying they had finally gotten in contact with her. Another week went by with no resolution or proper update, and I had to call Audi myself again to find out what was happening. Now I’m being told they have to order me a new key anyway. This entire situation has been incredibly unprofessional. I should not have to repeatedly call and follow up over something that was represented as included with the vehicle when I purchased it. Between being given incorrect information about the car’s features and the ongoing confusion surrounding the spare key, I’ve lost a lot of trust in how this sale was handled. The gentleman who helped me in finance was very nice, and I have no complaints about my experience with him. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with Steve. Based on my experience, there needs to be significantly better communication, product knowledge, follow-through, and accountability from both the salesperson and management.

I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Audi Clearwater. The communication has been virtually non-existent throughout the entire process. I’ve been left wondering if my car is finished or what the status of the repair is. My service advisor, Marc, has been terrible to deal with. He is nearly impossible to reach, does not answer calls, and fails to give any proactive updates. It shouldn't take this much effort or frustration just to get a simple update on my own vehicle. Audi boasts premium quality, but the service experience at this location is far from it. I expected significantly better customer care and transparency from a luxury dealership.

I took my car for its first service appointment. My service advisor Nicholas Triplett was very professional, polite and accommodating. I had some problems with my new vehicle which weren’t his fault. He gave me complimentary shuttles to and from the dealership and provided a vehicle for me while problems were addressed. He made all of the arrangements for me free of charge. I’ve never been treated so well by an auto dealership. First class!

I was very pleased to meet and consummate a deal for my new 2023 A6 with a young lady by the name of Samantha Hostetler yesterday. Samantha was a true professional in her knowledge and willingness to make a great deal on this car for me. She embodies the character and integrity that both Audi and Crown Audi shows to all its customers. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and they really are a fantastic group of people. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Samantha. three years later and I just completed another deal for a 2026 A6 with Steve Yeager. Again a great experience from begining to end. This dealership is WONDERFUL and Steve was exceedingly helpful. This dealership is an hour away from me and there is a closer one in Sarasota, but the level of service and professionalism from everyone there makes the ride worthwhile.

This is the first time I have ever walked into a dealership and been treated with such kindness and respect. As a woman buying a car, I felt valued and heard. George Rangelov helped me find the absolute perfect vehicle for me. Never once did he rush me or pressure me into making a decision. He said the cars speak for themselves, and you'll know what car is yours when you find it. His years of experience and his passion about Audi as a brand, but especially about helping fit me with what was meant to be was worth its weight in gold. He gave me a fair offer for my trade in, was very transparent with the numbers and valued my time. By the end of the transaction, I felt very much a part of the family. In doing the paperwork, Chris in finance was thorough and honest. He went over every single thing you could possibly imagine when buying a car. UPDATE November 2025. Crown Audi is out of control with their prices. Even though I have known their prices to be high I felt it was worth it to make sure my vehicle was serviced correctly and kept in good shape. I took my vehicle in for an AC issue. I was floored at the cost I was quoted. I paid for their diagnosis and took the vehicle elsewhere for repair. It was less than half the price for the same repair. In addition I keep several $1 bills in my console for tips when going through a drive through. They were gone. Crown Audi adds a fee for shop supplies, which is pretty standard nowadays, but there are some services that don't require shop supplies. Now they are charging a 3% fee if you pay with a charge card. This should be a cost of doing business. I understand small businesses doing this, but can't understand how a large corporation like Crown Audi has to do this! Just another fee and more PROFIT. It will be a cold day before I return to Crown Audi or any other Crown dealership. I always have a great experience when having my Audi serviced at Crown Audi. I liken getting my car serviced to going to the doctor or getting a prescription filled. No one likes it or wants to spend money on it, but it is necessary. Mandy Walters always make the experience as painless as possible. She is a true asset to the organization. Also a shout out to Ellis Childers, the concierge who assists with a loaner vehicle. My vehicle is now back in tip top running condition.
