I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I brought my Audi in because my sunroof flooded, which ended up being covered under warranty. I was told the repair would have cost almost 10k if it hadn’t been covered, so I was grateful the warranty took care of it. However, while my vehicle was in their possession, I was suddenly told that my tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) module had supposedly failed a week before the flooding occurred. The problem is that I never had a single warning light or TPMS error on my dashboard before bringing my car in. It only became an issue after they had been working on my vehicle. I can’t say for certain what happened, but the timing raises serious concerns for me. I was then quoted nearly $8,000 to repair the TPMS issue out of pocket, despite never experiencing any symptoms beforehand. I expected transparency and accountability, but instead I left feeling like I was being asked to pay for a problem that may have occurred while my car was at the dealership. I hope management takes customer concerns like this more seriously and thoroughly investigates situations like mine.

I recently just got a new car, my husband and I had an extremely pleasant experience at Audi Clearwater. I met Anibal about a year ago when I brought my car in for service. He was so nice and welcoming while I was wasting time waiting for my car. I was pregnant at the time and would be in need of a bigger car after I had the baby. Anibal was so patient with me and my timing for buying a new car and when I was ready, he was nothing but extremely helpful. I told him what I wanted and needed and he delivered. I will definitely do business again with Anibal when im ready for an upgrade in the future!

Audi SQ5 is a great vehicle however its technology is OVER THE TOP. Does everything you need but somewhat complicated to learn. Times have changed but this is overdone. 😎

I worked with Andre Thomas for the purchase of a 2025 Certified Pre-Owned Q5. He was great! He shared his knowledge and was very patient while I made my decision. An absolutely amazing experience with Travis and Mark. My SUV had a flat tire right outside of their garage. While they weren't able to put a new tire on, they were able to put on my donut to let me proceed with my day. The thing that made it a 5-star service was that they checked the tire pressure on my donut before I left. I am truly appreciative of their ability to go above and beyond.

My wife and I were in the market to trade in our 2017 Highlander. We have been die hard Toyota fans and were originally set on getting an IS 500 but decided to look at other options. We ended up at Audi Clearwater and fell in love with the 2026 S5. Our Sales rep Anibal was very helpful and worked with us to get within our planned budget and in the term length we wanted.

Took my lady's car there to fix an electrical issue. In diagnosing the issue, they created another - though the dealer suggests the issues are related. No matter, it required multiple trips to their show, waiting for hours. Oh, and by the way, in spite of there being $100K+ vehicles in their showroom, they REQUIRE YOU TO PAY A 4% CHARGE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR SERVICES. Debit has no charge. Yup, they have that much nerve to ask you to pay top $ for a premium vehicle, and then ask you to cover their banking fees when you have it serviced. Astonishing, really. I'd go elsewhere ...
No follow up from business manager on tire protection.
Beware of repair estimates and question everything. They charged me 2.5 hrs of labor, $968 for a job listed at 1 hr. When I explained that the job is rated by Audi as 1 hour they stuck to their guns and said sorry, that's what we charge.
I had sticker shock when I saw the estimate on the repairs for my car and was unwilling to pay the large amount. The Dealership and most importantly, Courtney Devine was very helpful in giving me some options that helped cut some of the cost. Courtney kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful. This was a sunroof leak repair
Great experience! I highly recommend Collin for being so patient. Never a pushy sales person. He has a great customer service. Very pleasant to talk with… very professional… hands on towards details with the car we purchased. It’s the 3rd attempt to drop by at Clearwater audi branch… and never missed an answer to our questions. He empathized with the clients like us as well. I would like to recognize Audi Clearwater for their outstanding customer service and commitment to doing the right thing. I have been servicing my Audi vehicles at Audi Clearwater since 2021, despite living more than 40 miles away and having two other Audi dealerships much closer to my home. Most recently, I purchased a 2025 Audi Q5 from them, which only reinforced my confidence in their dealership and service department. During a recent service visit, an unfortunate incident occurred while my vehicle was being road tested by dealership personnel, resulting in a cracked windshield. To make matters more frustrating, I had just had the windshield professionally tinted the day before. While the situation was disappointing, what truly stood out was how Audi Clearwater handled it. After reviewing the circumstances, the dealership accepted responsibility for the damage and committed to replacing the windshield and reimbursing the cost of having the windshield tint reinstalled. The Service Director, Todd Emery, personally communicated with me, listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and ensured that the matter was resolved fairly and professionally. Anyone can provide good service when everything goes according to plan. What distinguishes a great dealership is how they respond when challenges arise. Audi Clearwater demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Because of the way this matter was handled, I remain a loyal Audi Clearwater customer and will continue to trust them with both the purchase and service of my vehicles. I highly recommend Audi Clearwater to anyone looking for a dealership that values its customers and stands behind its work. This review is less about the cost and more about educating other Audi owners, especially those who trust dealership recommendations without asking detailed questions. My wife brought our 2021 Audi Q8 with only 35,280 miles into Audi Clearwater for one reason only, a simple oil change. That was the purpose of the appointment. Instead, she was presented with three tiered maintenance package options: • Minimum: $743.30 • Value: $797.44 • Preferred: $1,064.89 She was left with the understanding that selecting one of these packages was necessary because it was supposedly time for her 50,000-mile service, despite the vehicle only having 35,280 miles. She even hesitated, attempted to call me before proceeding, and expressed uncertainty. At no point was it clearly explained that she could simply proceed with the oil change she originally came in for or defer additional recommendations until discussing them with me. Ultimately, she selected the Minimum package, and the final cost came to $662.67, with $410.00 in labor alone. The work performed included: • Engine oil replacement • Filter replacement • Washer fluid/top offs • Multi-point inspection • Tire tread inspection • Brake inspection • General vehicle system inspections What adds to my frustration is that this is not the first time we’ve experienced confusion around maintenance recommendations tied to vehicle age versus mileage. Our Audi service warranty extended through 40,000 miles, yet we completed the 40,000-mile service when the vehicle had only around 24,000 miles, reportedly due to the age of the vehicle, not mileage. If age-based maintenance recommendations are Audi’s approach, that’s fine. However, that distinction was never clearly explained to us at the time. We were left believing these services were required due to mileage rather than recommended due to age. After raising concerns regarding this most recent visit, we were again told recommendations may be influenced not only by mileage but also by the vehicle’s age, given it is a 2021 model. If that was the rationale, then that should have been clearly communicated upfront during the service discussion, rather than presenting maintenance packages in a way that made them appear necessary due to mileage. That’s where the issue begins. If these services were optional or recommended based partly on vehicle age rather than mileage, why wasn’t my wife clearly told she could simply proceed with the oil change she came in for and revisit age-based recommendations at a later date? I understand dealerships recommend preventative maintenance. I understand luxury dealerships charge premium labor rates. That is not my concern. My concern is transparency and customer education. Out of curiosity, I researched comparable pricing afterward. Similar maintenance at a place like Jiffy Lube would likely cost around $150–$225, while an independent European specialist might charge $180–$350. Instead, we paid $662.67 for a vehicle with 35,280 miles, after being presented with recommendations associated with a 50K service interval. More importantly, this is now the third experience my family has had where upselling or unclear explanations felt prioritized over educating the customer. For comparison, I own a BMW, and the difference in service approach has been night and day. BMW has consistently explained: • What is due now • What can wait • What is optional • Why recommendations are being made That transparency builds trust. Audi owners: Ask questions. Request the official Audi maintenance schedule. Ask what is required versus optional. Ask whether recommendations are mileage-based, age-based, or both. And do not assume package options presented to you are mandatory. Customers deserve clear guidance and honest explanations, especially when they come in for something as simple as an oil change. Unfortunately, based on repeated experiences, I can no longer recommend Audi Clearwater.

I love my Audi, but the customer service at this dealership has been very disappointing. As a woman, I constantly feel pressured into unnecessary upcharges, and I’ve had charges added without proper explanation. They also failed to complete warranty maintenance correctly and had me come back months later because it was “missed.” For a luxury dealership, I expected much better communication, honesty, and professionalism.
A week ago I leased a ‘26 Q3S. Over many years, owning Audi’s, I returned to Audi of Clearwater. The new Q3S have many upgrades, closer to my older Q5S model. As I have transitioned from Suburb to city driving, the slightly smaller implant is beneficial. A shout out to Colin McAllister (sales) and Chris Grow (financial) for making the buying process, transition, etc quick and easy. Thank you to the Audi Clearwater team!
