I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership for service. Every visit has involved delays, repair issues, or parts needing replacement, and no loaner vehicle is ever available—leaving me without a car for weeks. During my most recent visit, the technician failed to properly balance a newly installed tire, leaving adhesive residue and no wheel weights. All four tires were also inflated to 47 PSI, well above the recommended 36–39 PSI. On top of that, I discovered a new dent and scratches on my vehicle. This is unacceptable, especially for a new vehicle under warranty. I would not trust this dealership with my car, and I hope other customers think twice before risking damage to their new vehicles.

Tech did not balance my wheel after installing a new tire.Removed the weight on the wheel but left the sticky tape. No where is there any wheels added on the wheel so it's causing a slight vibration so I had to pay another shop to balance the wheel. Also all four wheels were inflated to 47psi when the recommended tire psi is 36-39 max in cold weather conditions. Also I found a new dent on my car and new scratches. My vehicle is only a few months old. I would highly not recommend this dealership for any servicing!

I drove four hours to purchase my new Volkswagen Jetta from this dealership, and it was worth every single mile. I can honestly say this is by far the best Volkswagen dealership in the southeast region. A huge part of the experience was Junior Perez, who was absolutely top notch and remarkable. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and never pushy, Junior made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. 2024: My husband took me to Capital Volkswagon this weekend just to look at the 2024 Tiquan SEL Redline. I wasn’t too interested in going because I loved my Mustang. Thank you for your professionalism! My daughter is going to college at FSU and a check engine light came on. I told her to make an appointment with you to check it out. She was able to select a day where she didn't have classes. She dropped off the car in the morning, and the car was diagnosed, repaired and ready for pick up by the end of the day. Took car in for an oil change and soon as I left the car said add oil immediately! Called back and they tried to make it seem like it was my fault or something was wrong with my car! Come to find out, the oil pump at the shop was not working correctly and not adding any oil to my car and the other customers cars. Stop blaming the customer for every issue when the issue wasn't there when I brought the car in!!
