From start to finish, our experience in purchasing a new car from Capitaleurcars was excellent. We were greeted by the Sales Manager who introduced us to sales person Michael Phillips. Michael was personable, knowledgeable and very professional in guiding us through the five star purchase. The sales manager (Richard) and finance person (Janice) were both gracious and helpful during our purchasing experience. Our previous car buying experiences were stressful, however this purchase was fun and rewarding thanks to Michaels demeanor and caring attitude!

Since I moved to Tallahassee, I have always had the absolute pleasure of working with Dustin Wheeler when getting my car serviced. He's super polite, thoroughly explains any issues and resolutions, leaves me with updates, gets my car fixed quickly, and just overall makes my car service experience incredibly pleasant. The facilities are also pretty nice for the rare occasion I actually stick around while my car is being looked at. Usually, I never care to write reviews however Dustin Wheeler has gone above and beyond with impeccable customer service for the three years I've been a customer at Capital Volkswagen.

Once again our service advisor has taken the time to pleasantly and professionally provide options, alternatives, and costs for both. We have worked with Dustin who has just been terrific every time ... he is a talent when it comes to service and he has never shopped our vehicle ... ever ... not once. This dealership has been fair to us and we have dealt with difficult service issues including (at one point 3 years ago) an effective engine rebuild regard our diesel. As an African American male I have noticed that the same treatment he gives other races is the same treatment he gives me. He treats all with respect, honesty and compassion which is rarely seen these days. Do not take your car to be serviced here. This is a sham of a business and the customer service is even worse. Not sure if it was because I am a young woman, but I received little to no communication while my car sat in their lot for two weeks, when all I needed was a new key (security lockout problems with old fob). Will rip you off as well. Was told I needed a whole new tire because of a nail in it, pulled the screw out and it hadnt even punctured the tire- was just sitting atop it. Absolutely blown away by my experience here.

I picked up my new Beetle yesterday, but was surprised by an indicator light. I panicked and called the dealership. They took care of me immediately. Itwas only an oil reservoir cap that wasn't well tightened (thank goodness!!!). Dustin Wheeler explained everything to me and assured me that all was well. He even stated that he would trust my car being driven by his wife! (Nice touch!). Although my issue was not a major one, I would recommend the service department for their friendliness, level of courtesy, and overall quality of work. I'll keep you posted after my first scheduled service visit. Time to enjoy the newest addition to our family!

I took my car in due to wager somehow draining underneath the back seat on the drivers side. It started off as a small circular spot on the middle of theseat. I noticed it didn't occur until after we had this heavy rain for an entire week. The more it rained, the larger the water spot. I took my car in and somehow water had seeped in underneath the seat. Dustin Wheeler assisted me and made sure my car was examined thoroughly before I picked the car up. Although no leaks could be found at the time, he encouraged me to bring the car back in the minute I notice this again. He was very helpful and I really appreciate his understanding, patience, and keeping me informed every step of the way.

My service tech was Ryan Boatwright. He was my initial phone contact and he met me in person, addressing me by name when I pulled in for service. No 20questions to repeat, he simply arranged for my ride and pick up and off I went. It was amazing and they did a great job. Here is the other thing---he honored audi coupons that were sent to me from another audi dealer! I have no reservations about this Dealer and feel 100% confident in them. Ryan is a huge asset and the dealership is so comfortable if you have to wait. They provide drinks and snacks---how nice is that?
